I had this video saved in one of my playlists, which means I had listened to it before. But upon listening to it again (just now) so many things Michael said really hit me differently! I dropped so many times into this beautiful feeling and had new realisations! It was a wonderful experience ☺️✨ I’m grateful to you Michael, for being of constant service to me and the rest of the world, and for helping nudge us to explore life with more clarity and aliveness. You are a blessing 🙏💛

I love your way of being yourself. Some things remind me of the tapes from Lester Levenson (that I listened to for hundreds of hours), like: "Don't believe a word I say" vs. "Don't listen to my words" :-) What I take with me in this moment from your video is: "look in the direction and do nothing" (really love that) and "What we are looking for is a silent mind" (see sth. from a quiet point of view, feel that which is always there). You are one of my Coaching role models, Thank You for being here!
