Mully and other youtubes visited a make a wish hospital and he started saying how wimpy that kid was and saying that he wanted to leave but didn't know the kid was behind him.

I love how nice narrator is about the situation he was in, as a trans man(ftm), he was with the rude side of the community and he handled it beautifully, the person was just being rude to him about it instead of "I'm a dude, not a woman" being polite, they did not have the need to go on a rant unless it was narrator obviously misgendering them on purpose, I also identify as a threat cuz of narrator now, he's a good guy lol
