I’ve watched a lot of Redwing resole videos, and one thing I just realized watching this one is I like how you use a full sheet of cork rather than a hot cork infill. The way my foot wears into my boot sole and makes it quite lumpy, with a cork infill I wouldn’t be getting as much cork under certain parts of my foot after the cork was “screeded” off. But with how you use full sheets, that wouldn’t be an issue. Nice work! You do a great job on boots and videos!

I ask myself sometimes if it’s really necessary to resole the Red Wings. The white soles are wearing down very quickly, I only resole them as they are finished. Costs are about €100 so not very cheap.

Another great job. Is there a wedge sole available that is firmer and longer lasting? I like the comfort but they wear out too fast.
