Try butterfly pea flower . It’s a natural blue pigment . Also spirilina (sp?) . Natural ways of making natural blue coloring .

Tip: melt the sugar in a pot with a cup of water. You can let it cool down or add more water to cool faster, then you pour to your agua fresca.

Those are not authentic waters, forgot the vanilla for the horchata!

im mohawk, its a native american tribe. when i saw her make the red, i got so excited because its really similar to a drink we have. its basically the same thing, but we typically dont use lemon. i like to add some on occasion. we dont blend it, we hand mash it. the chunks are vital

It’s best if you leave the rice soaking overnight but it’s not mandatory today I left the rice soak with the cinnamon sticks for about an hour and the Horchata came out just fine but you do need to strain it tho 😅

I make horchata all the time, and trust me, sugar does dissolve pretty well in cold ass water
