How do I download the premiere extension for pluraleyes 4? Technical support has yet to respond and there is no information online anywhere about it now that the shooter suite is discontinued.

@@RTSM There is documentation on our site about it. If you can't get it to work, please contact our support team.

The rage I feel when I see Maxon's logo appear when engaging with any RedGiant product content. The user log-in woes within the product manager is just unbearable - and Maxon log in always craps out on me riiight before I have a feature length rough cut to render out for screeners - nothing says a job well done like numerous red X watermarks throughout your film... it really inspires confidence....

We're sorry you've been experiencing issues. Please make sure you've updated to the latest version of the Maxon App. We've been working to fix some of these problems.

I have problems with synchronization and I can't really find the cause. So the question is - does this program have any limitations when it comes to the length of clips, different clip frames, or audio sampling? In my case, when I upload shots from 2 cameras to the audio from the 6h recorder... it crashes and after synchronization, the audio from the synchronizer is NOT visible

Terribly sorry to hear you're having an issue. Please file a support ticket at support.maxon.net so we can look into the issue.

If you paid for Plural Eyes before their merger with Maxon, you'll need to pay for the monthly/yearly fees to use what you paid for before. Corporations are people, just really greedy people! Just terrible.

@@MaxonRedgiant So far it is true! Still not holding my breath on support, they've yet to show me the way to do this. No reply in last 3 days (l'd love to share my details with you on this). I do have material I need to sync, so it's costing me. I had no idea a new computer build would result in the loss of a very useful piece of software I already paid for. Maybe the evil plan of getting another $300 from people like me will work out, IDK. MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS ARE GREAT.... Corporation 1 Struggling Artist 0

sir , when i use plural eyes for premiere pro the un synced files stay where they are , there is option also don't move un synced clips ...where as for fcp the un synced clips moves to end ..i need the clips to stay there where they are ,,,,is it possible ,,i am using FCP X and plural eyes 4

It's a limitation with Final Cut Pro. However, if you have Davinci Resolve (free version), you can export a FCP XML from Resolve with the clips how you want them and FCP can import that.

It can work running under Rosetta, but we have not made it optimized for Apple silicon.

Doesn't work with Vegas 18 or the new Vegas 19. Sort it out.

We are working on this right now. We plan to have an update coming soon. That said, if you chat with our support team, there is a workaround that can make it happen in the meantime.

@@raymondvegaphotographycine4304 If you're on a new Mac with an M1 chip and the latest Premiere Pro update, we do not yet have an update that makes it work. Otherwise, please contact our support team so they can help you figure out the issue.

i will forever have a deep seated hatred for red giant for selling their software to such an absolutely horrible company, pluraleyes wont even open, I have to pay monthly for something I had a lifetime license now, and when I do pay it crashes on startup. Maxon is filled with such wildly incompetent people, most of their software only works on rollbacked versions from 2016-18 while they sit there and charge 89$/month to be able to use their full suite. Truely one of the worst acquisitions in the past couple of years

This is not working on my Apple M1 computer please help!

Are you trying to use the standalone version of PluralEyes or the Premiere Pro plugin?

Is this software no longer a standalone app, must 'Have to' be a subscriber even though I bought it out right before and still have my serial number?
