Red Fox Vixen Jolene Returns… Browning Dark Ops Pro XD 1-5-2024 to 3-4-2024

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

This video is made up of clips from one of my Trail Cameras used in my Research Program, where I’m studying the effects on Wildlife forced from their natural wildlife habitat into suburban properties and yards due to urban sprawl and land development in the State of New Jersey.
In this video you will see the Resident Red Fox Vixen & Dog along with another Red Fox Dog the two of them were even hunting together, which is behavior I have never documented. Red Fox Dogs normally never tolerate another male fox in his territory, and which their path’s cross in overlapping territories, the dominate male will drive off the other. This suggest the Red Foxes are adapting how they must, to exist in their ever-shrinking suburban habitats. Exhibiting behavior, one would not see in Foxes, in wilderness areas.
Also, the now two-year-old Jolene, a Red Fox Vixen, and offspring to the resident Red Fox pair, has been coming into the feeder plot area. I very happy to see this beautiful girl.
Also, there White-tailed Deer population has grown and Bucks, Does and Yearling Does and Bucks, including the adopted little buck Oliver. And there will is footage of Raccoons, Opossums and various birds and other wildlife.
About Me: I’m a Wildlife Biologist & Ornithologist and Photographer/Artist from South Dakota (Lakota - Oglala Sioux). I’m currently studying Suburban Wildlife displaced by habitat lose and I’m attempting to bring attention to the detrimental effects of urban sprawl for wildlife and humans. Urban Sprawl dramatically increased wildlife and human contact, which leads to more wildlife being killed and humans killed as a result… Wildlife-Vehicle Collisions lead to 200+ deaths and more then 26,000 injuries yearly, more Wildlife attacks on humans and wildlife preying more on house pets and livestock just to name a few of the problems of urban sprawl and habitat lose… and the threat of extinction of our birds and wildlife.

Nice catches with the two Dog Foxes. That is really amazing. Not something I see tolerated here with the grays but more area here for them to spread out yet it still amazed me seeing two other males one season likely both offspring of our resident male just out exploring and rearing their young. “The Birds” haha!!! Exactly how I feel when I see it. You will surely have some Fawn clips you are seeing many more deer this year. Is that one cat up the tree trying to avoid that Pocket Panther? Lol! Ttyl, Char😊 🐈 🐈‍⬛ 🦌 🦝 🐦‍⬛🦊🐿️🐇👍

My dog, Robin, sadly gone now, and I were in our walk one morning. It was very early before the sun had risen. We came to the end of the road which bordered the marsh. Robin always liked to walk into the marsh a little ways. This particular morning she stopped and 3 deer ran across our path just ahead of us. It was too dark to see them but she stopped in time. That was one of my favorite memories of our walks in the early morning hours. I miss that girl. Poor Hunter doesn’t like to go outside for more time than it takes to pee. Sad that he cannot enjoy the yard. Love your post.

Greetings Rick, and thank you for stopping by and viewing, and most of all, your comment. Don’t think for a moment that just because Robin was a dog, that she doesn’t have a soul, her spirit/life force goes on and she is still with you always… and she’s waiting. Your Hunter sounds like my 14 years old (this June) Rocko. He’s 100% Couch Dog these days. Our 5 year old Husky is a couch cuddler also, but she enjoys running… especially in the snow. Remember our conversation about your most smoked pipe tobacco? I placed an order today, got my 8 oz bulks of Lane Limited 1Q & LL7, and I wanted to get a pouch of your tobacco. But I couldn’t remember which it was. Was it Sir Walter Raleigh regular or aromatic, or was it Velvet? I order a pouch of Velvet with my other stuff. If it was one of the Sir Walter Raleigh tobacco, let me know and I try calling before it is shipped to add it to my order. You take care my friend, and talk soon.

You got the one. It’s Velvet. That and Carter Hall are the ones I put in my pipe mostly. I try others on occasion but always return to those two. Yes, I believe Robin and Nakita are waiting along with Sasha, the last two my Akitas. I love that breed. Robin was special. She was given to me by a friend who drove to Georgia to pick her up. She was tossed into the rain on the side of the road at 6 weeks of age. Any time a car drove away from her she would stop and follow it until it was out of sight. I sometimes see her out of the corner of my eye in the house.

I checked to see if I could find your email but didn’t see it. I was going to whittle down my supplies and thought you might enjoy receiving a package in the mail somewhere down the line. I need to make room in the back to move the easel back there and do I have a lot of stuff cluttering that area.

@@rickcroucher Regarding the package, that would be awesome. As long as it doesn’t put you out. My email is benstks@gmail.com Let me know in the subject line it’s you. Because of my research work & bird guiding, I get a gazillion emails from people all over. I’ll keep an eye out for it.

Thanks you for watching, and I pray you are well. These Black Birds are actually Common Grackles, and the move in enormous walk during Spring and Fall… offer referred to as a “plague” … as is seen here.
