Red fox has been my totem since I was a child. But, something very interesting happened recently: despite spending half my life in the woods, I had never crossed paths with a grey fox. This was a juvenile and incredibly playful and confident. Almost looked like it smiled at me.. I am currently going through a major spiritual transformation.

I relate to the fox in a mindful way. Anxiety and fast paced thinking. Always, constantly. I do like to do what I feel is best for me regardless. 🦊💗

I’ve revisited this video so many times as Fox is one of my totems. Last night on Thanksgiving I was outside with my mom and we heard a screaming sound. While my mom was frightened, I was enthralled by it as I knew right away it was Fox! Been feeling so ‘in between’ lately.

So today, A fox just crossed my path as I was sneaking off to buy beer and snacks while I was supposed to be dog sitting, dogs were perfectly fine as I suspected, I also pulled a broken massage chair out of the trash and after a few minutes of fiddling around I'm enjoying a nice much needed massage 😍 Really enjoyed hearing you speak on this topic

I wasn't sure if a red fox was one of my totems but the explanation and the fact that this video came out on my birthday confirms it in my eyes

This is the most deep and complete description about Fox totem that I had heard or read. Thanks for Your generosity!! You have put words to what i feel and intuit. I’m a fox person and I know it since I was a child. Wolf and Owl, are too very close friends and spirit animals for me. I think it’s a great idea to work with the root chakra as you suggest, i’ll do!!. Another thing that has helped me as fox person, when I felt lack of belonging, identity or concentration, was the integration. To accept and integrate my own gifts and skills without judgment, being proud about who i am. I am a psychologist, Gestalt Therapist , theater teacher and an actor in Mexico. I thought once it was neither one nor the other. Now I work with power animals, my greatest teachers, through art and creativity with my students and patients through this wonderful medicine . Fox came traipsing through my yard today.. stopped at the edge of the woods.. and turned to look at me .. it was magical ✨

I had a dream I saw a red fox in my kitchen eating a rat while looking at me dead in the eyes then left through a kitchen crack in the cabinet, I had never in my life dreamed with such animal and felt so curious to know about it, I even though it was a spirit in the house looking at me then by the explanation you just made this animals personality a lot like me.

I happen to know 3 fox people now, and I even saw one while walking with one of them outside at night! Ironically enough, he was looking away when me and another friend saw it peek out of the bush!

I have been seeing foxes for years now! I am a very spiritual person. I have crossed paths with them and especially one on so many occasions. I have slowed down to a Holt in my car when they run across the road in the same place every time and actually look into its eyes a metre or two away from me and then it runs off into the woods. Its happend so many times!

Its spooky how this is close to describing me 😦😳. You basically described me... this is my first video on animal totems I've ever watched too, i found it randomly o_0

I'm Virgo and me and a Red Fox met eye to eye this night around 12:00 am. It had a rabbit in it's mouth , I was on my way out the grave yard and it was on it's way in. A car seen me coming out the grave yard I blended into the trees and they thought they was tripping , when the Red Fox went in, the car turned around a minute later only to see the Fox entering the grave yard. Making it seem as if I transformed into the Fox lol this is a great dusk. What you explained fits me to a T , you have great insights.

That is so scary.... how your description shoock me! Like come on! feels like you were researching me instead of the fox! Only one thing for me to say WOW ! Never used to believe in totems but you made me now! Scary and exciting at same time! I watched all ur other totem videos and was not convinced in this totem thing i thought it was just people believing somethin their not because they love that animal but after this am a believer cause i would never ever think that i would be the same personality as a fox! I was certain that people just picked certain animals because it made them feel special, and that there was nothing metaphysical about it. Then the animals started showing up (and wouldn't leave!), which eventually forced me to change my viewpoint. Even doing this work for as long as I have, I'm always delighted and a little awed by it! During a meditation I was met by a red fox. As I'm learning about them, I realize that I am a fox person. I definitely have fox as a totem animal or spirit animal. Wow

Cancer Sun, Aries Moon here. I am forever playful, and a little mischievous. A powerful empath and can be a little manipulative at times. Needy or clingy one day, needing my space the next. ​Jordana, I recently was in a meditation working on my chakras when a Dolphin suddenly appeared before me hovering in place. I found this odd and went on with my exercises. four other dolphins began circling us. I was still uncertain. Another four swam up around the first circle and I felt my energy completely shift. I laughed and playfully splashed the first dolphin with my fin before realizing in surprise that my body was that of a Dolphin. He then telepathically spoke to me explaining that I had lived many lives on Sirius B as a dolphin. We dove under the water communicating. He explained that part of my reason for incarnating here was to help heal and raise other peoples energy frequencies. I eventually ended my meditation returning to my human body. I would love if you did a video on Dolphin totems. While I totally relate to the fox, I may be a mix of the two.

Dolphin is *definitely* on my to-do list! Aren't they incredible? And you probably ARE both a Dolphin and a Fox :) We all actually have more than one totem (sometimes quite a FEW more!), as each one relates to particular parts of our personality and the challenges we experience in developing those parts of ourselves. Too, we will discover more of them as we grow and change and get to know ourselves and what we REALLY want in life. :)

Speaking about being attracted to the colorful things: my first thought on seeing the scarf was "ooo, what pretty colors!" I don't think I'm fox. I just have a fear of commitment.

I definitely see red foxes in my vision's eye when I seek out for help alongside many other wild animals, but predominantly foxes... I hate to settle with social and cultural analogies and question them until I find peace in my belief.. An unknown wave of truthfulness comes over me when I feel everything in this world belongs to one soul thus oneness and cry for hours over the realization... not sure about intuitiveness, but definitely sense danger way ahead of time either in dream or meditativeness... lot more to speak about that exactly fits me in this frame, but lemme smile and enjoy the truth of who I am.. I love when the Universe does stuff like this :) With regard to your anxiety, the resource I most often recommend to my clients is the book Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender by David R. Hawkins. I had *paralyzing* PTSD for several years (If I was conscious, I was in a state of acute panic, even when everything was fine, and I was sure I would fail at *everything*!), and that was the book that taught me what I needed to know to be able to relax and trust myself, which I've been doing for many years now. You may find it helpful (or you may not, which is okay! The Universe, as you've observed, is really great at getting our attention when we need to know something!). May all of your projects wind up being even more successful than you've imagined, and have a fantastic 2021! -J

I'm glad you found it spoke to you so strongly :) And you may be both Wolf AND Fox; we all have at least a handful of totems that are related to different parts of a personality and to the challenges we experience in developing them. I have a video about Wolf on my channel as well, though it is due for an update, and some of the information no longer feels quite accurate to me (I make a note about this in the video's description). So it seems I also have red fox as totem...and spirit guide. There’s a actual red fox who comes and check in on me from time to time. Freaks our puppy out (a 3 month collie that kind of resemble a fox...a pure coincedence ofcourse 😉).

Jordana Van I remember when he came to visit the first time. It was in the middle of a sunny afternoon when our smallest (then 2,5years) were standing in the front door yelling ”DAAAAAAAD!!!” ”Whaaat?” ”COOOOOOME!!!” ”Whyyyy?” ”WHERE’S AN ANIMAL IN THE BACKYARD!!!” what kind of animal could it be? Magpie? Rat? Bunny? A deer maby? There he was: A beautiful, healthy red fox. Just standing there, looking at me for a couple of long seconds before he turned and hauled ass back over the neighbour’s fence. Magic

Love rewatching this, comforting to understand my behaviors, my animal totems are fox and owl. I am quite possessive and anxious in relationship which repels the other. I make jobs harder than they are.desire to be cared for. Always glean new knowledge from this info - thank you for the work you do!!

I really like a lot of what you said about Fox, but I have to disagree about what you say about cats and cat-like behavior. The cats I have had in my life have been incredibly loyal and stayed by my side. Most people do not understand cats at all. But I appreciate a lot of what you said about the red Fox.

I definitely resonate with having the red fox toem , cancerian here but its in an aries house

Recently a fox came all the way up to me in my sleeping bag as I was sleeping outside under the night sky. It was at dusk, and when I turned around to se what was going on, she did not run, but just lightly walked away, stopping one time to look at me. It was amazing. I have had a strong connection to foxes from I was a child, and now I know it is my totem. This information will really help me move forward, and as I will know turn to my totem for assistant. She is exactly what I need at this time, off course. Thank you so much, and Bless you

Hello Jordana. So good to come back to this video - oh the internet and dream interpretations gets fox soo wrong -. Even if the Fox is not my totem I often find an animal, this time the red fox (or two cubs) will pop up in a dream and i have to spend time just listening and waiting for all the different messages to come through. I had a hard time a while back, circumstances triggered just that anxious fox ‘I don’t know how to survive this’. It’s taken months to try to see the root (chakra) difficulty. Best wishes to you.

Im a libra but i feel as if this is how i am mostly and sometimes it confuses me 😅 then i start thinking about it like libra is about balance and fox is basically a balance between two animals that are basically opposites. I enjoy others company but i also prefer to be alone i dont mind small groups but large groups make me uncomfortable so i end up leaving ppl started calling me ghost because of it 😂😅 my friend said im a hoarder cuz i have a bunch of stuff in my drawer sometimes even food when i want to save it for later cuz i hate wasting food but sometimes i forget its even there so it ends up wasting anyway sadly. I also sometimes told i flirt alot even when i dont realize it. Im indecisive so i dont like sticking to one thing for to long so i try everything. Some ppl say im like a cat and some say im like a dog so i just tell them im a fox but i dont rlly know. im not going to say alot on myself tho but thats some of why it confuses me cuz idrk what my animal guide is i honestly dk how to find that out i was thinking of going to my native tribe and asking but id like to know now ya know.

OMG, this is me to the T! Someone (IDK who) sent me this link and wow. I must say though, I LOVE life in all forms. I almost never do anything sefishly, almost ALWAYS to teach. I will die helping others and well....loving. I want to help all. But yeah,,,sometimes i might entertain myself but it's always in the best interest of others. Always will be, can't help belonging to the world. Anyways, thanks for this video. Wow. And foxes always find a way into my life, wild foxes, I mean. They are my medicine! OMG multiple jobs, multiple exits, I even cache food. I mean, I even hide it places outside of my home lol This is nuts. I tend to brush aside animal totems and stuff but....crazy. And yeah, just had 3 spinal surgeries in 3 years :/
