Seriously, did this elevator really get modernized? If so, who did it, what does the new cab look like, what does the new motor sound like, and what fixtures did they use? How I wish I had known, so I could have gotten a CJ Anderson NHS car station, NHS hall station, and CPB square lens floor indicator.
