If you want to get the count you have to do this for this you ajve to be in chapter six so you want to have unlocked the misson where you detonate the trees to trap the army but don't start the misson is sted wait for an npc to pass by then make them shoot you then eagle flys and dutch will start shooting then then just mount your horse and dutch will mont the count he will not jave a saddle then dismount and get on the count their you go you can ride the count but you can't stable him saddly😢

It worked but when i wanted to stable him, it didn't want to. You cannot stable a gang horse...😔

​@@Kurai.__ No. You replay "Americans At Rest" in Horseshoe Overlook, you will get predefined gang horses. Like Old Boy, Old Belle, Nell II, Silver Talent. Never got Baylock or The Count. MAN, I WANT BAYLOCK SO BADLY!!!

you dont have to replay the mission but you cant keep old boy but go to saint denis and youll find an kentucky saddler silver bay saddle it up saint denis farm

You don't have to go to Saint Denis to find it. NPCs commonly ride it and you can find it in the wild. Also, Old Boy is a Hungarian Halfbred and you can find a similar Hungarian Halfbred coat easily in the game's vast map.

Try to increase old boy bonding level

You can by leading enemies to your camp then as soon as it says they were lead kill yourself with a dynamite and then when you respawn there will be gang members fallowing you(their quantity and gang members themselves may vary) and just mount your horse and when they do so get off of your horse and go take the horse you want

John's horse (old boy) is the war horse from RDR1, rockstar made the RDR1 horse look the same as Old Boy (its a refrence to rdr1)
