It's finally here - the Red Bull Imagination 4.0 main event, and this year it's bigger and badder than ever. With a new team format and the biggest, gnarliest freeride motocross course ever assembled by Jason Baker and his expert team at Dream Traxx, the stage is set for a freeride MX competition unlike any other. Watch Tyler Bereman, Julien Vanstippen, Patrick Evans, Josh Hill, Vicki Golden and more of freeride's best square off in two teams captained by motocross legends Robbie Maddison ("Maddo") and Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg.
Rather than competing in unstructured runs on the Red Bull Imagination 4.0 course, this year's event is broken up into five categories that embody what it means to be a freerider - Most Creative Line, Speed and Style, Big Dawgs (Big Air), Best Whip and Team Jam, where the full team of riders works together to string together the most entertaining, choreographed line possible on the full course. The result is a day full of massive whips, huge dirt bike jumps approaching 200 feet (61 meters), nac nacs, backflips, superman seat grabs and so, so much more.

Vanstippen got robbed twice. How did Bereman win Big Dawg?!? How do you score his turn down as the 185 ft jump when it was a different line to a closer and shorter landing? The only time he actually hit the 185 was a sketch looking "nac nac". Fasthouse jump is the line we saw Mcgnarls get injured on but yet we didn't see it coming? Both of Vanstippen's 185 tricks were way bigger and his whips were more impressive than Evans.

Agreed that dub grab and the indy easily earned the w in my eyes aswell , vanstippen was on point with the otb tricks on top of the big gaps.....Robbed Is a P.G. way to put it, the man was violated.

I think maddos team won that team freeride also. That was sick to see them all taking different lines and then coming back together. Twitch's team just rode around on the wipe line and added the tree jump. An amazing event that you put on. I would love to go to next years event

the FPV drone pilots filming this are no lesss of creative athletes, that the drivers. they deserve a whole category for them self...or a spot at every team. hard respect!!

How about a FMX version of rampage? Where a team builds their own lines. In a freeride environment (like Utah) Please don't get me wrong this is sick. But watching rampage and imagination and just thought it would be epic. Thank you for the entertainment.
