Forever my favorite song from Red. Michael's voice is absolutely chilling. Him along with David from Disturbed and Ivan from FFDP, they all have this angelic voice when singing softly and then they can just burst into a devil scream. Crazy talent

I discovered this band back in 2008/ 2009 when I was in high school. I would listen to this song (and Breathe into Me) pretty much everyday on the bus. They will never get old to me. Honestly I'm surprised more people don't know about these guys!

This song came out awhile ago but I need to get this off my chest and that is to everyone reading this you probably kept scrolling down and ignored this but it’s cool. you only have one shot at life and it can end in the blink of an eye you could be happy as can be one day and the next day could be terrible. every day you live you someone died and that someone had plans for tomorrow I wish life could be easy but it’s not. the world is changing in a bad way and I’m sorry if someone is going through a rough time. I’m sorry about that I hope it gets better because taken the easy way out isn’t the right thing to do. if you think that it has come to a point where no one believes in you I know you don’t know me but I believe in you. I believe you are gonna make it through this time I believe you can get through this life is to short live in the moment not the past or the future because nothing in life is guaranteed. you gotta live you got to fail in order to succeed live fail and learn and keep going. I promise because you never know what could happen promise me one thing you don’t know me but promise me. even if you want to give up now and I couldn’t help ok I can’t change your decisions only you can. if you have problems and are reading this promise me wait until tomorrow. see how it is then because life can change in the blink of an eye and also. again you don’t know me and I don’t know you but I believe in you.

This song and In the End shares (almost) the same drum pattern and chord progressions, difference is that this song is in F Minor and 103 BPM while In the End is in Eb Minor and 105 BPM. PS: I heard that Red's guitarist is influenced by Linkin Park!

(this came out in 06.. my friend introduced me to them in 07) they were the first live band I saw in 2008 along with Puddle of Mudd ... they remain one of my top 10 favorite bands of all time... and im blessed to have seen them over half a dozen times live

Is saying you dislike this band because they are Christians really rational? I'm an Atheist with an active dislike of organised religion, but music is music. I've also happened to listened to anti-religious black metal before. Who cares?

Batman Baker Yeah I don't understand the point in any of that. I feel like it wasted both sides time. Everyone should just do what they want and what makes them happy. I've met people from every type of religion try to do otherwise towards me with their views and I tell them all the same thing. I do have to say though, and I mean no offense to you, as I'm not judging you in this majority, but it seems that the worst are Christians when it comes to this sort of thing. Now I get their whole purpose behind it, I really do, but it's just so irritating to those of us who just want to live our lives the way we're set on. But, that's all back to what I've said before, it's pretty clear that you're not considered in that sort of mix, my friend.

First band that started me on my metal journey :'). 7 years later I return to this song and the memories it brings back is overwhelming, I discovered this band before I went on vacation to various countries and cruises so all these songs by Red bring back vacation memories and it's honestly a beautiful yet sad feeling. I wish I could relive those moments :') I'm gonna post this comment on all the Red songs I remember listening to simply because I feel the need to 'vent' out this overwhelming feeling I get when listening to this. None of my actual friends would care to listen xD

I absolutely love red ! I would listen to him when I was younger, but back then I didn’t realize what he was saying until now I hear his words. I didn’t know he was a Christian band when I first started listening to them till one day my aunt shipped my brother , our friend and I on a bus with her church to see a Christian concert and they performed ! Loved red then and love him now !

This will always be my favourite album of all time they got me into rock music well before that I was only into breaking benjamin, hard to believe this album came out 9years ago when I was only 11, such a masterpiece and there new album that came out recently is really good but this will always be my favourite :)

I love this band with all my heart, honestly. The songs of the red band are addictive, the more you listen, the more you will want to hear. Each song better then. I love you red❤

This is a masterpiece. After 10 years I'm still here listening to it.

This song is powerful and describes 2020 - 2021, the decade of survival. If you read this I hope you never give up and never back down. life is more than ones and zeros That Piano tune at the end does get me, it hits me in the feels

This song feels like returning to something you haven’t did for a very long time and doing it again one last time with everything you got.

I keep finding myself back to this song everytime i feel like depression is winning

RED helps me through some tough mental barriers.. relationship problems, financial issues, etc. This song specifically calms me and makes me thoughtful to my life and my actions. I definitely appreciate it

I just discovered Red tonight and I'm having a marathon of all their songs and loving it all. Can't believe I've never heard of them before, but I'm so happy I found them by accident. :)
