Rent, salary പോലുള്ള expense ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോൾ അതു ആർക്കു കൊടുക്കുന്നു എന്നത് ബാധകമല്ല.. Expense account dr To cash അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് land lord എന്ന് debit ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ error of principle ആകുന്നതു

എപ്പോഴും അങ്ങനെ increase ആവണമെന്നില്ല. ഇവിടെ ശ്രാവൺ നു തെറ്റായ credit കൊടുത്തത് cancel👆 ആക്കാൻ ഒരു ഡെബിറ്റ്.. ഇനി ശരിക്കും വരേണ്ട ഡെബിറ്റ് വരാൻ മറ്റൊരു ഡെബിറ്റ് കൂടി.. അങ്ങനെ ആണ് 5000 ഡെബിറ്റ് വന്നത്.

There is no need to rectify the error in order to tally the trial balance. Trial balance can be tallied by debiting or crediting the difference amount to the suspense account. Financial സ്റ്റെമെന്റസ് prepare ചെയ്യുന്നത് കൂടുതൽ late ആവാതിരിക്കാൻ Suspense അക്കൗണ്ട് വെച്ചു തല്ക്കാലം tally ആക്കിയ trial ബാലൻസ് പിന്നീട് real ആയി എന്ത് error ആണ് സംഭവിച്ചത് എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കി correct ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് rectification. പിന്നീട് trial ബാലൻസ് വീണ്ടും വരയ്ക്കാറില്ല.. Suspense അക്കൗണ്ട് prepare ചെയ്തു നോക്കും.. Rectification നടത്തി വീണ്ടും trial ബാലൻസ് വരച്ചാൽ tally ആകും.. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യേണ്ട ആവശ്യം ഇല്ലെന്നു മാത്രം.. I have a doubt..why suspense account and profit and loss adjustment account is transferred to capital account? My doubt is.. Lets assume sales is undercast by rs 50 and financial year has passed and all final statement has been made... Rectification entry:- suspense ac dr 50 to P&L adjustment account 50 Suspense transferred to capital entry:- Capital ac dr 50 to suspense ac 50 P&L ADJUSTMENT transfer entry:- P&L ADJUSTMENT ac dr 50 to capital account 50 All accounts has been transferred to capital accounts but there will be no difference in capital account since same amount is debiting and crediting in capital account.... Can you explain why this is... Or did i do anything wrong? I cant get over this doubt... Can you help me?

The reason for transferring the balance of Suspense Account and Profit and Loss Adjustment Account to Capital Account is to ensure that the profit or loss for the current period is correctly reflected in the Capital Account, which is a part of the owner's equity.
