    Why would you require the panelists to include their pronouns when it's an interview format and not pertinent to the content.

    Prospective firefighters would be out of their minds if they applied to a department where they go around introducing themselves with pronouns.

    How about you provide a solution to the problem? The intro is by state mandate, not dpt. policy. in which the vast majority do not have a consensus with. I wonder the merits of someone’s dpt or lack thereof forced to hide by using John Smith as their handle. Think the pronoun for that would be, coward-he/him right?

    just because they used pronouns ill never put in an app for that department nor will I ever recommend anyone applying for them
