Not surprised. These videos take a good 48 hours to put together and post. Best to lock in a realtor and pounce as soon as they tell you about it by phone...not video.

Everything happens for a reason. Maybe there's a better place for you, for a better price, and you'll be much happier with. Possibly there could be a problem, hidden in this beautiful property that we can't see that we don't know about. Whatever the case may be everything happens for a reason. So thank God for the favor

Maybe they are very frugile and trying to keep the place pristine. I absolutely love the property and would be proud to be the next owner. I, also, would use the outhouse to keep the place in tip-top shape for as long as my legs would allow. It is beautiful and reminds me of my parents cabin in Va.

It's not really good for a full-time remote worker that has to be online from 9-5. I should have pulled the trigger on Topsfield uggh. I'll keep watching.

Wow , another WAY overpriced property. 3 acres basically off grid in the middle of nowhere for over 100 grand. The COVID boom is over. Interest rates are creeping up. This place is $ 70,000.00 at best.

Are winters are cold and snowy. Our road crews are prepared and keep the roads open very well.
