idea: an md80 colides with a 747 in the air in a crossing paths type collision Survivours: initialy 2 but one died of shock when the responders told him what happened so one survivour with sevral deadly injuries deaths:692 (172 passengers in the md -80, 170 innitialy on the md-80 but later became 171 deaths on the md-80) (521 deaths in the 747) cause of crash: atc told md-80 to decend to flight level 360 (36000 ft over the ground) and the 747 followed what the tcas sytem said acend but it was bugged out the md-80 tried to acend to fl 370 but the 747 was approaching rapidly and the md-80 pilots could not do anything meanwhile the 747 pilots tried to bank away from the md-80 (to the left) but to no avail at impact the 747's right wing and eng number 4 hit the back of the fuselage severely damanging the md-80's hydraulic systems causing the md-80 to be uncontrollable and later because of the impact with eng nuber 4 to lose the back part of the fuselage and entering a nosedive meanwhile the 747 entered a spin but they recovered from it shorly before hitting a mountain witch they tried to evade by pulling up (that caused the plane to again bank to the right and hit the mountain) everyone in the 747 died on impact and 170 people died on the md-80 on impact and one of the 2 survivours died of shock leaving one survivour with serious injuries it was reported that an 737-200 (732) saw the crash happen and they reported it to ATC (liveries lufthansa 747 ,md-80 delta airlines, and the 737-200 livery an air florida livery) CVR: ATC: Hey delta 543 you got some trafic accend to flight level 370 (Delta 543)CAPT: Delta 543 acending to flight level 543 roger (Luftansa 6432) F/O Yo capitain we are getting a trafic warning CAPT: Alright accend then (Delta 543) CAPT: What are those blinking lights?
