Did this for a smart watch design about 3 years ago using Watchmaker and some still images I prepared in Photoshop. Idea was letting the visible feet tell the time rotating around the dial. One one of my many harry potter themed watches back in the day. My favorite one is Chambers of Secrets due to Moaning Myrtle tragic story.

Hey man, you can add the shortcut for crop comp to Region of Interest by going to Shortcuts. It is unassigned. So just use Ctrl Alt X. Ctrl Shft X is for trim comp to work area so I used Ctrl Alt X. And Go to Edit and click shortcuts at the bottom.

Hey Boone, I guess you can make the footsteps animation easier with Trapcode Particular an using the footstep as custom particle. I try to recreate this tutorial with it. Maybe it works.

Thanks for the kind words! Yeah you could create some cool animations for that, but you might want to check out Blender as well.

You probably already know this by now but there’s a Auto Crop script which is super useful for cropping comps to layer size! :)

10:50- autocrop on AE scripts is a really quick way to do that.
