OMG, I freaking love these nails!! The colors are absolutely spot on for fall nail designs. And the snow globe nails are phenomenal you kill it when you make those and you make it look so so incredibly easy. I just did my nails and I used orange and yellow stones are mine as well and I had the same color scheme as you did. I tagged you on IG so you could see them. No hard gel does not soak off. if it states it is hard gel that means it is file off only, you cannot soak it off. There are Builder gels out there that you can soak off but like I stated in the video if it says its a Hard Gel it does not soak off.
