tip asah pisau... batu asah tu di basah kn dl asah ikot berapa kali if 5x 5x dpn kira kanan pisau tu.. smp 5,4,3,2,1x both side pisau tu awak 'baringkn ye bg sama rata.. tekan sikit pisau tu.. inshaallah..tajam tau wak... potong ayam pon skali potong je... lg 1 pisau da potong bawang...cuci bersih2 getah bawang tu buat pisauu jd tumpul.. ex macik kantin😂

Just throwing it out there. Sebab every time I cook, I will follow the recipe for the first time only. The other time, memang ikut suka hati. And if nak senang masak multiple menu, baca resepi & langkah tu. Then, susun task. Macam selasih tu, boleh prep awal (rendam air panas). Ikan siakap pun boleh goreng awal dulu bagi rangup. Sos tu dekat2 nak makan baru tuang. Still akan rasa sedap. InsyaAllah. Tapi seronok tengok video orang masak2. Sebab I clumsy dekat dapur tapi suka mencuba 😂

Naaa, try putting a wet kitchen tissue bawah cutting board to stop it gerak gerak while you're chopping. Or maybe can use wet tissue? Idk i never tried that. I usually use kitchen tissue and wet it :)
