@@sikandarahmad2092 my tract was 2.2 cm as per MRI RESULTS so I think incision maybe around 2.6 cm, 9o clock external opening and 6o clock internal so they have made incision accordingly, wound is around 3 cm long and 1 cm deep and apart from sitz bath, iam also applying anti-bact ointment to keep wound moist and away from bacteria

In fact, you can resume running from the 2nd and or 3rd day itself, post-op. All is good. It's just a wound, like any acute ones we know of.

@@srinivaspanuganti5609 take sitz bath and pain killers. I was too suggested for pain killer for about 2-3 weeks. Don't be scared. U get operated is the only thing in our hand and not the outcome. So be relaxed.

Everything was fine till i observed my testicele in shower hanginng and started to overthink about my testilcle if it is normal..After this I started to feel pain in testicle. My Fistula laser operation done on 1st July 2024 , Fistula length was 4 cm. Now no pain , recovery is good . Yes bleeding will happen but you don't need to panic. For any guidance people can ping me here I'll try to help

Hello bro, mein ne 2 days ago fistula surgery krwayi hai. MRI report: low lying transphincteric fistula 4.5cm long , internal opening at 12 o clock, external opening 11 o clock. After surgery. Surgeon said there is no internal opening found, even using Dye, fistolotomy done, no muscle is damaged, track is cleared, local anaesthesia given in spine. After surgery, first stool passed after 2 days which is a little hard but not much painful , I’m using Sitz bath tub which can be placed on commode seat 2 times a day, there is a little blood on guaze pads and after taking sitz bath there is little blood.

Sir I have undergone laser treatment for simple fistula, it's been almost 20days.The puss is still Secreting. Can you please guide me

Sir, my age 30.mene lazar surgery karwai he 7 din hue hai. Lekin me surgery k 3 din baad market se saman lene gaya tha jab se mene wajan uthaya he tab se waha Dard hota he. Dard kam ho jaye uske liye kya karna chahiye?? Aur waha se discharge bhi nikal ta hai aur thodi jalan bhi hoti he.

@@drchintanbpatel I had my fistula in ano operation last july 3, 2021 but until now still has pus discharge and after bowel movement I feel pain. Is it normal?

Sir 22 din ho gaya fitula ka alteration ka chip chip pani aata hai kabhi ka hi pila pash bhi kab tak thik hoga
