Emily Cira from the U.S. EPA, Office of Water, along with Andy Somor and Kim Oldenborg, from The Cadmus Group, presented on the RPS Tool, a custom-coded Excel-based tool developed by the EPA. Rebecca Jascot and Traci Iott, both from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), shared their experience using this tool for watershed prioritization.
