Good info .. the incentive plan idea is too good however the counselor incentive plan has to be different from the trainers incentives ... More chances of ego clashes here .. Either have a diff incentive plan for counsellors or make trainers the counselors. Could you could throw more light on this?.

I think that 10 percent plan for each person is kind of ghate ka sauda.. bcoz uske baad at the end kuch bachega nahi owner ke liye.. but 10 percent mai sabko include karenge at that time we will get profit... Because there are other expenses also like electricity, water and maintenance bill..💁‍♂️

Thats a very good concern But it doesn’t happen No matter how good the deal is Not everyone has money floating And they dont buy the deal They just go for the cheapest plan Coz sometimes they are not just not sure that they can commit for such long period

Question: Mai ek choti city se hu ( Tier 4 city ) and humare city m approx 30+ gym h ( mtlb market almost capture h ) . Aur approx har gym m 60 to 90 log rahte h toh fir ye strategy kese kaam karegi? Aesi market m entry karni chahiye ?

haah , What about the maintainance ,electricity, staff salary ,upar se incentives too.....,and trainer ? and yes Tax? Ghar bechna hai kya....... 2 years tak ye sari costs kon bear karega ,new customers aye bhi toh jagah kaha hai 15 lakh ka setup me possible hai na bro wo(10 log bhi ek sath nahi kar sakenge achhe quality ka eqipments ho toh)......gym hai ya bhandara jo line me lag ke gym kare.......see the points first before but the best part was the pshycology part by selling long term plan.

Not everyone will buy 2 years plan Coz not everyone has that much money to invest But the person who has the capacity will pay and good part is Wont even show up for more than 3-4 months

where to get best and cheaper equipments in delhi plz if anybody know..

Always prefer quality over price.. there is a minor difference in price between cheap and good equipments
