I don't even have an HDTV (I collect retro games so I need a crt lol). So I'll be shelling out for a HDCRT as well as the xbox one. Will be worth it though

Well I'm guessing an HDCRT would look similar with retro games to a normal crt as it is using crt technology so the pixels would probably look smoother than a lcd tv

Aaron Urban Know what's weird?? ReCore, Horizon, The Last Guardian, AND the movie WALL E all seem to give me a similar vibe. They all involve inhumane creatures on a deserted world or area. And they show some sort of connection to the human being(s). I have a feeling these three games will have sad moments lol. Definitely looking forward to them though! :)

Umbra Deus I'm pretty sure that The Last Guardian will be a definitive tear jerker. Also, it is weird how all of those games have such a similar yet diverse theme set within them. I really do like it though!

i love how this is one of those trailers that makes you wonder just what the story behind the world/characters is instead of shoving every detail down your throat.

It's better you don't know...It's basically a 4 player Metroid mission based shooter with no Samus so far revealed and based on the Galactic Federation. With a football (soccer, if you're American) game with guns packaged in too.

Except that this is a 3D platformer with the only Metroid element being that the game has hidden stuff. But in all honesty this is more like a game that Rare would have done back in the day.

AGHHHHH!!!! This looks so good!!! I'm so excited!! :D Looks like a really interesting concept, and the landscape design is gorgeous!!

Hope it will be coming to PC afterwards too!!

matt4045 I think Horizon Zero Dawn was better and so was Ghost Recon Wildland in my opinion. But ReCore has the most mystery to it.

Would've been sold if the trailer was just 10 seconds and featured the line "From legendary creator Keiji Inafune and the makers of Metroid Prime" across a black background with no music.

I am so curious about this game

Liking the concept, haven't had the chance to really get into Metroid but I know Inafune's reputation. Looking forward to seeing some gameplay in the future.

I am so exited for this game!! I don't have a Xbox one but getting one soon! this is gonna be on of the first games i get I literally cant wait!!

This was such a hidden gem. I'm more interested in this than any other game this year, TBH. Other games will surely be good, but this one has so much potential that hasn't necessarily been shown yet.

ReCore = Metroid Prime + Mega Man + Nausicaa

The premise looks interesting. I will keep my eye on this game.

I actually really like what I'm seeing here. Enafune I was losing a little faith with Mighty No 9 and Red Ash I don't know how I feel about that one yet but this... yes... YES. It was just a short video but it was rather heartwarming.

This was the best game announcement for Xbox's E3, for me atleast :)

Awesome and i cannot wait to see gameplay of this, and Gamescom is soon. Plus Inafune said they hope to show it at GC, but they have people behind them that have the final say. That said, one slightly concerning thing...i heard it has been 14 months into development and already coming Spring 2016? That is barely two years. The team apparently is also small, let's wait and see. But i hope this project gets the time it deserves.

At 0:57 I'm almost certain a few of her footsteps are already rendered before she sets foot...

Basically, she plugs in the blue orb into robot shells to have them fight by her side.

Game looks great, but "makers of Metroid Prime" is misleading. Armature has like 3 guys from Retro Studios so its not like its the WHOLE Metroid team.

But it is the heads of the Metroid team who made this game, not just 3 guys. These are the dudes that essentially called the shots in Prime. You can definitely see that in this game.

+UnlimitedProdiction1 It is supposed to be out Spring somehow. I would think they would wait till after E3 to reveal it fully then. Apparently it has been in development in secret 2 plus years.
