Living in B.C. I can sympathize, being at the mercy of mother nature. Last year we had colder than usual winter, a hotter than usual summer (heat dome), along with the forest fires and atmospheric rain. Our high ways were badly damaged if not washed out completely, same thing with many bridges, and business's and homes were submerged in water.

Cold Water Creek. It travels all throughout north county .. some people who live out there even have the toxic waste in the walls of there home and they don’t know! Smh
