Suket: You are very good. And this YT video is very helpful. But I am having problems with Soundflower use from Mac (OS 13.3 Ventura). Your video got me part of the way there. One topic which you did not cover is how to use Soundflower recording an internal audio track from another app on Mac (MBP Intel i7) AND ALSO allowing the audio to play through the Mac speakers. There are some YT videos that talk about this (not complete or these just don't clear up my tech problems). Can you explain how to do this? Or even do a short video on this topic? Without the feedback on the audio, it is harder to keep track of audio recording through Soundflower audio router to audacity to enable conversion to human-like AI-enhanced Watson-like voice conversions. Especially when the audio finishes and the internal recording continues on and on and on... (without monitoring from laptop speakers). Nice job nonetheless. Just subscribed to your channel.

This might be a little late so you probably figured it out but I use the M1 Macbook Air what i founded out that the newer versions of MacOS wasn't supported so instead I downloaded voicemeeter's VB-Cable and i used apple's Midi Audio Setup and i clicked the plus sign at the bottom left of the application and clicked on "Create Multiple Outputs" then checked for both Mac Outputs and my VB-Cable. So, now both my Mac and VB plays audio so my mac could now my OBS record my audio without using the MacOS Screen Capture or any application

Hello sir, when I record using quicktime player, it sounds very low. Even though I have put the full volume, all my recordings sound very low when I record with this method. How to get an original quality and volume in my recorded sound?

Try doing this. Once when you toggle to "soundflower 2ch" after that increase the volume of your playback audio.

go to AUDIO / MIDI setup click soundflower 2ch tab and increase primary stream to full is 1

You will not be able to do that in Soundflower - as soundflower is a simple app just for routing audio to 1 single destination. To record and listen both at the same time you would need something like loopback, but the free version of loopback will allow only 20 minutes of high res audio recording.

Yes, you can do this by creating a virtual multi-output audio device via the Audio MIDI Setup app. Add the built-in output or whatever speakers/headphones you normally use, plus SoundFlower. That way the computer internal audio will be routed to both your speakers and the SoundFlower extension. Choose this multi-output device as your output in the system sound preferences. You cannot adjust the volume while this is selected, so set accordingly prior to recording.

@@chidude Thanks!!! I searched the Audio Midi setup on the manu bar and a window poped up and added the Multioutput and just checked the Microphone and SoundFlower . Then , I checked SoundFlower2 on Quicktime Option and now I can record while having a perfect sound;-)

Soundflower does not work for apple M1 and M2 chips. It works only on Intel Macs.

@@mangeshchikhale6986 If you see both the Github's for "Soundflower" as well as "BlackHole" both are maintained by reputed sources. Soundflower is maintained by Matt Ingalls the original author of Soundflower and BlackHole is maintained by Existential Audio who make a couple of other apps as well. If you still doubt these apps, you can use paid apps. Like Loopback by Rogue Amoeba.

Thank you. At 0:20, the mouth shape for “V” in “video” is exactly like the mouth shape for the letter “F”, not “W”. The sound of “V” is a voiced “F”. “V” and “W” are side by side in the alphabet, but their pronunciations are unrelated. The proximity of “V” next to “W” is a trap a lot of non-native English speakers fall into. Fixing it can be a ten second fix. If the alphabet were written “…QRSTUVFWXYZ” the pronunciation issue would probably go away. The words _“fairy”_ and _“very”_ are shaped identically. Regards.
