L.A. Reid produced over a hundred hits that made the Billboard Top 100 while working with artists such as Mariah Carey, Outkast, Jay Z, and Whitney Houston, among others. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Reid began his musical career as a drummer in his own band, before transitioning to management and production. Additionally, Reid served as the CEO of LaFace Records, and Island Def Jam Music Group, as well as serving as a judge on the reality show “The X Factor.” He is currently the CEO of Epic Records.
