On the coast within 10 miles to the water, its upper 70s and low 80s, not bad at all.

Where I'm from, it's the hottest it's ever been in decades. Besides, it doesn't take a genius to track the data trends. Extreme temperatures in both directions have been creeping up (or "down") for quite a while. Yes, the proverbial sine curves ebb and flow, but they're trending into higher (or lower) extremes. That's the overall point which mankind needs to be concerned about. Electronics and heat don't always go well together, either.

Why report from dirty Pasadena. Especially if it’s not a place that’s connected to what you’re reporting. Pasadena is dirty gross . Stop reporting from that place 🤢🤢🤢😡

I have a weather station, live in Lancaster. The 115 F was last week. Today 3:48pm thurs it is 108.7F. In fact, it was just under 114F as I recall. Not 115.
