Fish sauce can be kept at room temperature so you can just store it in a cabinet with all the other seasoning.

The mirin, corn syrup, red pepper paste and flakes, soy sauce, and fish sauce can all be stored at room temp. Personally I put the red pepper paste in the fridge after I open it only because I know I wont use it all up fast enough.

Most condiments have instructions on the label, keep refrigerated, refrigerate after opening etc. If it doesn't say anything then it usually is fine to keep at room temperature.

i keep my fish sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in the fridge, but i also live in a hot climate where room temperature can get around 80°F. i think it keeps it from going bitter.

OMG I made these ribs today they were so delicious I also made the cheese with corn I didn’t have corn syrup so I use brown rice syrup I also didn’t have mirin so I used rice vinegar but still was so GooD Thank You KEEMI for Sharing this delicious recipe
