Recipe: How To Make Maizena (Cornstarch) Cookies, Surinaamse Gomma Koekjes | CWF

Hi everyone!
Let's make dessert today, well more like cookies hahah. These are one of my favorite cookies, known from Suriname. It's made with very simple ingredients, which people mostly have in their house already. Quite addictive cookies, so watch out!
Ingredients (Ingredienten):
125 grams butter (roomboter)
250 grams cornstarch (maizena)
extra cornstarch
1 egg (ei)
125 grams sugar (suiker)
1 tsp vanilla essence
sprinkles

Nee totaal niet! Zolang het een de textuur heeft zoals in de video, zit je goed! Zo niet kan je extra maizena bij doen totdat het zo is.
Je hebt het geweldig gedaan. Zien er goed uit👌🏾

De beste smaak naar maïzena koekjes is Amandelen essence 😭😘

Hoe kan je voorkomen om scheurtje te hebben op je koekjes dt krijg ik vaak .

Waarschijnlijk teveel maïzena, waardoor het droog is.

Dan zou je je oven temperatuur wat lager moeten zetten en de koekjes minder lang in de oven.. elke keer proberen om te zien hoe hard het wordt.

These were easy to make, and puffed up and baked quickly. Unfortunately they did not taste good. They broke into a million pieces if I tried to break one in half, and when I tasted it, the cooky melted into sticky paste in my mouth, and I had to spit it out. It tasted like something was missing from the recipe, but I followed it according to directions. I did add a dash of salt, and more vanilla to help add more flavor. Sorry.

Goedemorgen Als ik het maak, Maar waarom wordt hij zo hard?? Niet met jou recept hoor Heb mijne recept gebruikt. (Boter suiker en vanille ) Graag uw uitlegt waarom de mijne zo hard komt

Geen idee, kan te lang in de oven zijn of de temperatuur is te hoog.
