My biggest personal learning: Keeping fit and lean is so much more important than what you wear. When you keep your belly flat, everything looks so much better! As someone who is built like a powerlifter (short legs, extremely muscular legs and glutes with a strong midsection), finding good clothing is really hard. Loosing 6-8 pounds and keeping them off is hard for me, but all my clothes look much better.

Same was about to mention that. I am also a powerlifter. Tall with wide shoulders, but I ONLY carry weight in my gut. Everywhere else is fit, but that doesn't matter to people. I'm bigger and more muscular than most people I come in contact with, but Gut = Fat and Fat = Ugly no matter what you're wearing. If you "dress stylish" as an ugly dude people laugh b/c you look like a tryhard. I've been searching for something beside a suit that can up my style, but it really looks like there isn't anything out there for us.

Sadly, yes. The one accessory all men need to make whatever we wear look better is a FLAT stomach and trim waistline.

Been wearing all black for a year now. Never been happier. I buy cheap well fitted T-shirts and jeans. Costs less than $150 per year, and I don’t waist any time deciding what to wear

GREAT Question! Yes, most printed bandanas are about 23" x 23" in dimension. And they end up being extremely chunky when you roll them up for neckerchief wear. So I've found it's best to cut them in half diagonally prior to rolling✂. This makes for a slimmer, and more fitting neckerchief sizing. Hope that answers your question sir. Cheers! 🍻

Hey there Isaac, Yes no problem. If you're in Florida, then you're definitely dealing with Texas like heat. These shirts will pair well with 7-9" inseam shorts 🩳. Check out our Summer Shorts video from last month in case you haven't already. Relaxed fit trousers will also work well. For footwear it's up to your preference, but you can choose from sandals, plimsoll sneakers like Vans 'authentic' sneakers, or suede or leather loafers if you're interested in a more dressy look.

@@s_gents Absolutely! I’m not the type of guy to check luggage when traveling; especially internationally. But when I do travel, I’m concerned about not being fashionable while traveling minimally. I’d be interested in seeing what you’d suggest as fashionable travel clothing, that packs down small to fit in carry-on luggage. I struggle with that a bit. Travel season is upon us to warm climates. (tropics, deserts of the Middle East, muggy Southeast Asia, etc) I guess that’s where I’m going with that suggestion. 👍🏾

Hey Ryan, LOVE this comment so much, because it is SoooOooo True. And this is exactly why, most Houstonians reserve outings to evenings. I actually find it, to be even more challenging for the work week. For weekends, top recommendation is a loose fitting t-shirt or a camp collar shirt like the one's mentioned in the video. For the work week, it's hard to beat a knit or dri-fit polo with tailored trousers/chinos and more heat forgiving shoes...like loafers. 😉 Even in scorching weather, there are some hacks to looking nice. Life is tough...and we men deserve it. Good style definitely has a way of 'significantly' elevating one's mood. 🕊

Hi Sammy, You are ABSOLUTELY correct that fitness is a large part of style. And it's no secret that a fit body, can pull off a wider variety of outfits. However, paying attention to proportions, and some key style fundamentals as illustrated in the video, can make any guy's style just as versatile. Unfortunately, most men usually over index on one spectrum of clothing (i.e. too many sneakers), buy clothes that aren't flattering to their body type (extremely skinny jeans on a muscular or larger frame), or haven't yet familiarized themselves to the art of tailoring (ensuring clothing items are cut specifically to the individual's frame) . You don't have to be super duper fit to look good. You just need to understand the basics, and avoid falling victim to trends.
