That is awesome! I wish I wasn’t such a derelict as a kid and had chose to watch educational stuff like this! Keep watching stuff like this and you will go places in life! Trust me, the so called “cool kids” at school who tease the smart kids or call them “nerds” will eat their words once they are adults and reality sets in, and those “nerds” will be the ones who are CEO’s, with big homes, cars, etc. Not to say that material things are the most important things about life, but you get what I mean. They will be the successful ones. Sorry for the long rant. Just some words of wisdom. I learned the hard way from being a burn out/class clown in school 😂 I should have watched more Anton videos haha although KZread wasn’t even a thing at the time… but I wish my head was where yours is. Keep it up kid!

I was usually watching your videos before going to sleep, and this... is a problem!
Need this to fall asleep at night. No sound effects just a chill cat spielin’
Perfect timing, I was in the search for new astronomical knowledge. Thank you Anton.
Dude, i love your compilations. The extra work is very much apreciated.
Anton, you beautiful human, this took a lot of work and I admire that. Thanks.

Good job kid. I was already up to no good by your age so KZread has done SOME good in the world anyway. PBS Space Time is excellent too. If you want to educate yourself on the culture and politics of China, I recommend ADVChina and their individual channels.
Heck YESSSS. hours of content to watch from the GREAT Anton. Love your channel buddy....keep up the amazing work

Mr. Petrov, Anton, thank you for doing what you do. In a sea of mumbo jumbo it is so refreshing to listen to objective and open minds. Cheers.
This is so refreshing, I mean you. Your content is a breath of fresh air compared to other channels.
Anton im a teacher and have my students watch your videos in class. They are so excited about the solar system
Thank you wonderful Anton! Good luck on your studio move! 🎧💻
Good on you anton I've been following you for years now and I love your information thanks for your dedication and your beautiful mind.
Anton I've been watching this every lunch for the past week. I like love it. I think completions are good for new viewers and/or people who do not keep up with your channel too actively.
No matter how much you believe you are contributing to all of our education Anton, you are certainly underestimating it. You are a wonderful person indeed Anton and I am tickled to be able to support you.

His English is really good now isn’t it. Probably didn’t hurt how his excitement about doing this cutting content comes through in the well thought out complex explanations. All the years of practice plus keeping up with the materials by reading first rate sources who obviously have very active minds all contributed to great material. He looks like a young PhD student but practically sounds like a professor or a PhD student ready to defend his dissertation.
NEW COMPILATION VIDEO! Honey make some popcorn!!
Thank you Anton! You are always a breath of fresh air amongst so much madness.
Anton you are a machine! Awesome videos every day and such great content. Keep up the great work!
Thank you Anton! For recording 3 hours long! Its just amazing
My best regards to you Anton because everytime l learn alot from you. Wish you good luck.

VERY, VERY COOL! That shit about the photon ring, & being able to see the entire universe as the black hole encountered it BLEW MY MIND!! I've always felt black holes were information gatherers of some sort or other
Nice, I can use this video to fall asleep. Anton's voice is so soothing...
Hi Anton! You are an inspiration to us all!@ Live long and prosper. What an amazing knowledge of the universe. A true academic.
Just wanna join the list of Thank You’s, and let you know I love these types of videos and look forward to these compilations. I also loved the one you did regarding the sun. Thanks again.

a 3 hour video about black holes by Anton Petrov. I know exactly what Im doing tonight
Lovely video as always. Thanks for your contributions
Black holes show so clearly how as a body in space increases in density, the spin and movement also increases. It’s almost like everybody is dancing (vibrating and spiraling) and cosmic bodies are dancing the most intensely. I wonder what body dances the fastest and longest. Maybe galactic clusters and universes are their own bodies and dance even more fantastically! 🤯😂🙏🏼💙💚❤️

So I wonder, why do neutron stars spin in procession?
@emmanuelweinman9673
2 жыл бұрын
@@tops1954 everything spins in precession. For example, earth has a slow and steady precession called the precession of the equinoxes. Nothing is spinning without wobbling. This is the nature of duality 🙏🏼
@xx4248

You clearly need to do more research. 👎 💩
@emmanuelweinman9673
2 жыл бұрын
@@xx4248 what type of answer would you prefer? the neutron star is spinning so rapidly at first that it it is almost as stable as a black hole, but as it loses energy the spin slows down and makes it more wobbly… like a spinning top losing it’s spin speed, it will eventually collapse. black holes are like cooler versions of stars because they spin even faster while being perfectly stable. a neutron star comes close, but still isn’t quite massive enough to turn into a black hole. Does this answer satisfy you? If not, please tell me your answer.
@tops1954
2 жыл бұрын
@@emmanuelweinman9673 I know that but was just confused why their procession was so high. So I guess when it spins faster during a cosmic event like a supernova, it makes it procession more extreme. (I’m still probably wrong since in only 12). I was just saying why are the neutron stars procession so extreme.
i discoverd this channel not long ago. extremely interesting and well presented. Thank you very much Anton for all this
Super interesting. Thanks for keeping us up to date

The universe is under no obligation to make sense to anyone. Which is fascinating
I was sitting here and a thought entered my mind lol ? I wonder how evenly the stars are distributed around our Galaxy and is it the same around all the galaxies. Does the blacksphere in the center of our galaxie control the distribution of stars around our entire galaxy and is it uniform?
Hello weonderfull Anton, this is Person. 👋🐿😀
Insanely...Amazing....
Wow I absolutely love black holes, I find ADS/CFT correspondence extremely fascinating.
Hope the move goes well!
So the neighbouring 'stars' are disrupted by dark matter particles. Powerful enough to disrupt a star...but invisible to us! I never knew how much fun could be had from just repeating out loud the latest 'cosmological discovery'. A particle that can tear the atmosphere off a STAR...but cannot be detected. lol
Convalescing after flu/covid (awaiting test results). This black hole marathon is exactly what I needed to maintain sanity. Isolation sucks!
This was a vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry vrry long episode. Very very massive black holes are very very interesting. 😎 Btw, if dark matter only interacts gravitationally, wouldnt that mean that black holes would trap a lot of dark? Instead of allowing it to collect in the halo of the Milky Way, for example.
Extraordinary Strong! !! I don't can work so much.
I'm picturing a star - forming and reforming, getting torn apart into plasma by the black hole it is revolving around.
A universe in every black hole. 😘
wouldnt time dilation explain the drag? as something moves closer to a black hole we would perceive it as slowing down.
Hello Wonderful Anton :o)
You have the clearest way of explaining any material than anyone I’ve viewed on KZread.
I love it when Anton gets goofy 🤪
😊 thanks
Your students must have loved you as much as your fan base. This is what college should be like, 2 years of basics then up to date research.
Anton I would love to hear what you think about Paul LaViolette who among other things doesn't think black holes are real.
Love love love love love
Plot twist: every black hole Is a portal to another One, and Aliens are just playing portal 2
I think and have always thought after long thinking sessions that matter getting that dense would instead of conglomerating into one mass would instead form a tear in space-time and into..well, lets just call it hyperspace...and it constantly pulls a gravitational suction into that region of hyperspace. They say there are theoretical "whit holes" where the opposite occurs. Is it any more crazy or far out than tye 8dea of matter so dense that light cannot escape? I think it tears a hole before it gets that dense.

I think that humanity is on a course of self destruction with its division into warring factions. It will take the world working as one economy with free exchange of ideas before we start making really huge advances in extra-planetary tech. We gotta evolve past this "Us vs. Them" mentality here on the planet we all share.
"A Lot more quicker"... Arh Frenchy, that aint a sentence mate ;)
This 32:42 reminds me of some of Vincent van Gogh’s paintings. Maybe he was able to see polarized light 😉
