Детям охота что ли, в каждый день есть только рис или у них, другой пищи не существует, дети любят сладости, иногда можно и побаловать их, о каком здоровье говорите, рис едят и все равно болеют, у девочки хрип и кашель, нос заложен Сразу видно, что дети недолюбленные, нехватает материнской любви и ласки, глаза у них грустные и не горят, в таком возрасте дети должны попрыгать, посмеяться и порадоваться жизнью, а этого не видно А таких детей, используют на видео, кому интересно, одну женщину в каждый день смотреть, вот на детей, они зарабатывают и деньги

Everybody seems to be picking on the little boy for hitting the little girl, but she is doing her fair share of fighting him. She is just more sneaky with it. She snatches things from him and the adult, has tantrums when she doesn’t get her way and practically does what she wants to do.

I do NOT think she's instigating. She's a baby, who does what busy babies/young toddlers do. She may get in the way, because she wants to help or she feels the need to stay very close to her foster mother. Perhaps, her "let's play" can look like provoking. But, she can't talk back or ask for help; when he's beating her up. The cameraperson captures the boy's mean actions often. Baby Be just try to defend herself and end up yelling out or crying. She doesn't have a mean spirited within her anywhere. She needs a lot of nurturing and needs to feel protected as well. Let's not forget, the child has been through two very traumatic experiences; in her young life. Durong made a full commitment to raising Baby Be. But, she hasn't begun teaching her anything, for the most part. Perhaps, Baby Be is precocious or not very disciplined, because she cannot raise nor care for herself. That's what the adult, who is responsible suppose to do. Perhaps, the boy has provoked her to hit him back. She's simply doing was he's done to her; many times; definitely more times that he's her. She has tried to befriend him, on several occasions, on camera. He stares her down and Baby Be, knowz his hateful and intimidating looks. If he takes something from her, which he's done several times, she's going to fight to keep it; especially if it's a carton of milk. Naturally, she will repeat the bad behavior. Baby Be is young and very impressionable. She tries her best to do what the boy does; which is another reason why his mere presence is a threat to her development. The boy despises her and wants Durong to himself. As for being spoiled she may be, because it had always been Durong and her; until the boy came along. Then, things changed for the worst not better. This boy is too street wise to be raise with a young girl cbild. He so jealous and envious of Durong and the baby's bound; that he can't t keep his hands to himself. Plus, Durong knows that this boy hits, shoves, elbows, push, and intimidated Baby Be. She has actually seen it, on camera and didn't correct him immediately. Durong was just barely taking care of Baby Be; before he came. She definitely can't take proper care two nor three children. The boy needs to be raised by his father or family or with other boys near his age. As for him helping out Durong. Durong knows VERY WELL that the Vietnam government has hard and strict Child Labor laws. Vietnamese children can't work; before 15 years old. The idea behind the law is Vietnamese children need to educated and protected. Another, reason for so many older Vietnamese people watching, when the children appear to the market so dirty. Plus, the boy should be attending to school. That's why, she choses to leave him home. In addition, he stubborn as he can be. He down right refuses to wear shoes. She has purchased the boy three or four pairs of shoes. If he will not follow, her requests and directives now, what happens when he get bigger and older?

B is just being a baby because she is a baby. However, she does snatch things and misbehaves, which is bad, and she does need discipline. Doung is trying her best but does not know how to parent well yet. All new mothers learn day by day how to be a parent. The children need to learn to do what they are told to do by her because she is the adult and their guardian. They need to listen, and it doesn't matter if they cry or if they don't like it. However, Doung has to learn that way of disciplining children correctly.
