can someone explain in English what it means when you receive "status has changes" after submitting biometrics for student visa

I recently received my PPR for a Canadian Express entry, but my IRCC account still shows that my application is under progress. What does it mean? Is this a positive sign or not?

Brother can't tell you any expected date but atleast 15 weeks ka time ircc deti hai and you may get your result within this time period
