I have been using the app for about 2 or 3 months and I love it! So easy and there's no gimmicks. It hasn't affected my phone at all and I downloaded it immediately with no waiting or fees. The only issue I have had is a few of my receipts were marked invalid because of 'incomplete receipt', 'expired date', or some other missing information and the receipt will be correct. It allows you to 'mark' it correct and they have to process it again but it still has given me the same results even though everything is accurate and I haven't seen any other options or a page to contact someone to have them look into it. It hasn't been a huge problem but it could be if you had a big purchase and you end up not getting your points. It's probably happened to me about 6 out of 125 receipts.

Hi Amanda, I'm really pleased you found the video helpful for your Receipt Hog use! However, there is a way to contact Receipt Hog about your problematic receipts. When you're on the first screen, click on the cog in the top right hand corner. This will take you to your settings. Then scroll down to 'questions and feedback'. Once you're on this screen, you should just have a blank screen with options at the top. Click on the box with a pencil in it, this will take you to a form where you can contact Receipt Hog, hope this clears things up! Thanks.

This is due to the screen record function on iOS.

Adam N Hi Adam, there isn't a waiting list for this app. You can just sign up and start earning right away! Are you from the UK or US?

USA. i heard there was a wait list to sign up right now. i heard it from multiple sourceson youtube.

Adam N in the U.K., there was no waiting list for me to sign up, although I did sign up a while ago. I would just sit there and wait if I was you, I'm sure the waiting list will clear as many people are impatient and will give up with an app like this.

Adam N I didn't have to wait and it hasn't affected my phone at all. I've tried about 6 others apps that serve the same purpose and Receipt Hog is by far my favorite. Extremely easy.
