Interesting you didn't show DJ's reaction to how the fight restarted after the ref interference. Everyone heard the cup make a sound after the kick, I heard it on tv. Alex reacted by making sure he was good which he was, and Herb checked to make sure Alex was ok, as he should. After the all clear was given by Herb, both fighters touched gloves which DJ notes that as the fights back on. Hill threw the first punch and got immediately countered by Alex, dropped and then the ground and pound left Hill looking rocked. Fights over.

A 38 minute breakdown of Demetrious Johnson's interpretation of the fight is a bit much, The way you describe the fight make's it seem that you basically won the entire fight and never made any mistake, and the KO is the only success Alex had in the fight according to this breakdown. This level of salt/cope is hard to listen to.

This way, even if he has to retreat a few times, he ends up maintaining a favorable distance since he is slender. That’s where he catches you. One more thing, using the argument that because you fight, you know more about this is extremely stupid. You probably don’t train alone; you likely have someone guiding you. So it’s a pretty poor argument.

What gives DJ the right to say all this? It's like this guy thinks hes one of the most decorated, successful fighters of all time and a safe bet for number one in the GOAT discussion. Hill clearly beat Pereira 😤
