Bro i miss 1 shot after passing the ball 5 consecutive times getting the first 5 assist from the team I took a 3 and miss and everybody start flopping shit got me heated then buddy just stop playing completely after… the 2k community is the biggest downfall of the game everybody swear they the best rec player

Like some people have already said on this post, The toxic people make it almost impossible to play. When playing with Randoms I literally mute everyone at times. Nobody wants to hear grown ass people talk about what they are going to do to someone or cursing out the team every possession. I had center sell the hell out of the game. 2K never kicked him because he got alot of rebounds. So his teammate grade stayed a C. The community is dogshit and can't be fixed lol. There should be like a G league Rec for people that are black plated. They should be forced to play with other toxic people all the time and once they get to like silver plated, then they can play with regular people lol.

I played a game yesterday. Were in the first half. I had 15 assist with only 10 points because I wasn't shooting.I was then called trash because I wasn't shooting enough to get them involved.

Marauder. Plz keep making content dawg. I made ur 6’6 a week ago, got hot spots and lethals and I now average about 35-40 a game with the occasional 70. Most fun build I’ve ever played on.

That’s what I’m saying!!! Like 0/20 is still bad, but as long as they’re not PURPOSELY throwing the game, I’m cool. It’s ok to be bad at the game, don’t be a baby about it though!!

I was playing random rec a couple days ago and we won by 20. But 4 of the guys on my team were chirping at eachother since the first quarter lol. Like people so mean to eachother now adays and it’s ridiculous. I really don’t care how you play as long as you are trying lol. People like that who just waste your time piss me off man. Just here to have fun

90% of the community is toxic or bots or both so every game plays out like this its honestly getting to the point where i can only handle 2 rec games before i dont feel like playing anymore. Another problem is everyone wants to drop 50pts like they are playing mycareer so no one makes plays or passes the ball, just 5 dudes playing hero ball then they start selling or quitting when they realize they can't score.

Yep I hate the I’m going to sit my controller down because I didn’t get the ball in the first quarter. Shit sometimes I don’t get the ball for three quarters. I go into the rec as the ultimate role player, the ultimate glue guy. Plus im clutch and have very high iq. I have such a high iq even 2k make the team play through me even though I have 60 pass acc and 40 ball handle. That should say a lot.

I played a game today had 31pts with 10/19 fgs(7/15 threes) vs double and triple teams cause my team was 7/21 combined nobody could shoot with 90overall players..randomland is just crazy..A matchmaking should come up with teammate grade..guys with A+ teammate grade can't play with C+ teammate grade people even if both made 20ppg

I agree and disagree!! 30 to 1 is an absurd ratio and completely unrealistic but I understand what you’re saying!! The big question is, are you taking your open shots. Odds are you touched the ball more than once. Is the guy with 15 shots effective!! If he is, why not keep giving him the ball!! If he’s not… why is he still getting the ball!! Has this ever happened to you?? Explain (without completely exaggerating the scenario)

Only time I get the ball is when I'm taking it out I play sf and PF I dont see the ball think people don't have them two buttons on there controller

You go 2/12 and people are upset. You go 11/12 and they’re still upset. That’s why I made your first build and SHOOT EVERYTHING. Made me a better 2k player. More often than not I’m the reason we win the game.

Yeah, ppl worry about the wrong stuff. IDRC too much about bad shot selection IF your point differential is high enough from your opponent. But this looking for the perfect shot every single time wanting everyone to shoot 90% is just dumb. Get a bucket, keep up the pace with your opponent and play team defense. But flopping cause someone misses 😵‍💫

See, people that don't know the game and just play 2k think of a shot goes in, it's good. That is incorrect. The behind the back dribble chuck is a bad shot even if some of you better players can make it, especially early in the shot clock.

Don't get me wrong, selling it throwing a game sucks and no one should do it, but the community is toxic and it has a lot to do with the people who ball hog too much etc. as much as the people calling them out or getting frustrated.

Don't get me started with the "free lance" defender who lets his man drop 40, ahahha. This is backwards as all hell. Any actually basketball head is laughing....
