As an avid Kaiserredux player there are a couple paths I think can be fun: 1. Crimea, you can form the USSR with Lenin’s brother or even restore Khazaria 2. Bulgarist Bulgaria, bring Tengri to Europe 3. Gada Meiren Mongolia for a Communist Mongol Empire 4. Nanjing Clique or Triads (Legation Cities), you can restore the Ming 5. Counterrevolutionary Union of Britain has a lot of fun Kings or Queens, you can even unite with the Netherlands 6. Communist Ronald Reagan in one of the CSA paths, or Technocracy 7. Danubian Federation into the HRE (requires you to annex Germany, Bohemia, and Switzerland) 8. Lovecraft New England 9. Uniting Africa with Obama in the Mau Mau 10. SocLib Hungary 😳

ISP, you should try the Native Totalist path for Alaska in Kaiserredux because its very op and fun (also its an insane focus tree). It contains, OP Bonuses, and mainly cores & war goals on all of North America.

For some videos i could def suggest: Tsarist communisst Transamur (mliterossi something like that?, all paths i mention are on path guides) Anarchist Belarus Carlist Spain Any path for the Soviet Union (my favourite being the Bolsheviks Gastev) Howard Hughes and Disney California Most of the Black Belt Revolt paths (there's a very very crazy path in here) Mac Arthur's USA (American Caesar or any other, but i think ISP played this one) Euroasian Union, because ofc.

If you let the ottomans lose, you can invite the sultan to your lands and merge your empires when you retake their land you can form the Ottoman-Mughal empire!

As the CSA, there are two technocracy paths, the latter of which allows you to implement the 24/7 workweek. I think it works by having staggered shifts, each lasting 6 hours. I also remember having some other weird focuses. So if you want to go off the deep end by accelerating towards the future instead of reverting to the past, you could try the CSA.

Any of the Kaiserredux that allows you to unite Europe are pretty good Germany, Two Sicilys, Commune of France, Union of Britain, Austria (requires an additional submod for Austria to unite Europe), Luxembourg, bohemian/Czech Republic/ Czechoslovakia and the constitutionalist American Republic. The only paths that aren't going to go into late game is probably the union of Britain and maby Austria if you plat it right

I appreciate this a lot ISP. As there is no good Mughal play through and it is always a delight to see your take on things

You can always play as one of the many different forms of the Kaiser of Germany... you know. Emperor of China (Eight Provinces -> Nanjing -> AOG) . Emperor of Africa (Mittleafrika -> Reformgroupe) . Emperor of the Ottomans (Ottomans -> German military attaché). King of Texas (?)... and I think 2 more I'm forgetting.

How about playing Dutch East Indies and restore the Dutch Empire with the East Indies Reworked mod? Playing historically and beating Japan is better anyway but the above is the 2nd best for conquest.

I have a feeling 2024 will be a terrible year, escalation in Ukraine, escalation in Israel, and the invasion of Taiwan. None of these potential horrors will compare to the lack of an Alf Landon playthrough which I'm convinced will not drop this year. Dark days ahead Timmy...

Eurasian union gets integration options and war goals on the majority of Europe and asia. Its kinda just a map paint path but its pretty fun

Left KMT, Yunnan, and Manchuria have some of the most fun paths IMO. To get Left KMT start as League of Eight Provinces, they spawn quite early

1. Yunan opium empire 2. Soviet Tzar transumor 3. Cultist gladiator italy 4. Catholic monarchist America where you declare Jesus Christ kimg of America (Isp would love this path cause it involves blowing Huey long to kingdom come)

What I always did to to win is to rush down along the coast and capture all the harbours before Delhi is able call allies. After that did my best to decimate their army but not take any victory points until they call for help from the entente. I then proceeded to rush all victory points except for Delhi City to prevent the event you got until Delhi has capitulated. That way you get the entirety of the dominion from the entente and a peacedeal with the entente and also the cores on the entire dominion.

poland has some fun and wacky focus trees. you need to tick the option in game setup options when in focus trees. "allow polsh meme paths" or something

the central african empire is pretty fun! it's only available when mittelafrika collapses and you can either create an empire that contains all of africa, recreate the french napoleonic empire or even follow in the footsteps of fredrick the great, conqueror germany and decalre a new german empire. and if you're really up for it you can take on france as well to form a new frankish empire.

ISP is always the greatest KZreadr! I’m so glad I could start the new year with him. It’s crazy how it’s 2024 already! Goodness gracious me - I feel old (and I’m in my early 20s!)

@@rightfeelI best part, you release them again, get -5 infamy and 6 prestige, and they'll be back in, as I have tested, at least 3 days in-game, meaning you get a lot, a lot of free infamy, perfect to get some China or destroy Rusia

If you decide to play in China - I'd recommend the KMT - have a few interesting characters, from Dai Li and Chiang Kai-shek to the wife of Sun Yat-Sen

Fun hoi4 logistics fact, when in the supply mapmode, click on a supply hub in a low supply area, and take a peep at the top of the three buttons for a beautiful surprise.

You can actually see your claims and cores on the map in KX when you click on the more map options in the bottom right corner

Tibet has a path where you get to be led by the Immortal Spirit of Vladimir Lenin so that would be my suggestion also you can check how many casualties you took in the last year by clicking the paper thing next to the Theatre name box

Coconut Cult Vietnam is probably up there as some of the kookiest world conquest paths in the mod. Set paths in game rules so that the German Asia colony releases Vietnam in the Indochinese Rebellion, go down the AuthDem option, and force everybody in the world to wear coconuts over their chests.
