You guys are crazy. That truck has the fewest good parts of a truck I have seen on a rebuilder in 6 months. I'll be interested in watching this one. Hope your parts cost doesn't break you.

Niko's the eternal optimists;..'it doesnt look that bad" when its a bona fide totaled wreck! The best Bed option is to install a flat utility bed and get a complete cab relalcement or make the cab a convertible.. !

I can't believe Ivan was able to talk about this truck and keep a straight face.

Looking forward to this one. We don’t have many big trucks here in England. I’ve liked them ever since Back To The Future (although that Toyota is probably a very small truck by today’s standards!)

First thoughts were sell it for parts, but knowing how you guys can fix anything I changed my mind. I am looking forward to watching you rebuild it.

Well you two do like a challenge! Loading it on to the trailer was a task all on its own. Madness they won’t load for you with a vehicle missing wheels.

You will get this up and running better than OEM in no time at all. We all know what you're capable of and have no worries that you can do this. 👍👍

Nice start it can only get better after you remove the damaged parts and even if you put used front end on to make it a roller it will dramatically make a visual difference

To help you decide what to do, if it were me, I'd remove all the destroyed parts (front sheet metal, bed, LF door, etc), get the RF suspension to where it rolls, then put it on your frame rack and assess the condition of the frame. That would tell you if it's even worth continuing as a rebuild, or if it just becomes your donor truck for a truck that is in better condition that perhaps needs a drivetrain upgrade.

Looks like it rolled once or twice, I can't wait to watch the build, I'm looking for the other videos now

That knob was for the tow/haul mode they don’t have that backup assist. You boys have your hands full with this one .changing the color should be easy since you have to replace almost every panel . Good luck 👍🏻. And the motor alone was worth it.

Can't wait to see this rebuild will make a great shop truck with loads of space and such. Hopefully the powertrain is good then you just need for find a parts truck and swap things over. That parts truck might have a working powertrain too that you can sell.

A nearly new truck might be expensive on parts but who knows? There doesn't seem to be many strait panels so you might need a parts truck. Good luck with this build Brothers. 👍
