When your mind is in the past, you can’t enjoy the present. When you’re focused on the hurts, the wrongs, what they said, it’s going to keep you from the beauty of this day. You can’t stay in yesterday and enjoy today. You have to forgive, show mercy, and move forward. Keep joy in your home; keep laughter in your relationships. I know there are real issues, but living in strife, holding grudges, not forgiving, that’s keeping you from the new things God has in store. You deserve to feel love, giving, receiving love, that's for sure. It's the most important in this life for us human beings. And remember, you are an example for your children so for their sake too, give yourself a chance and heal your broken heart, whether it is in a new relationship or otherwise. Show them how you can bounce back after a hard time, show them it is possible to get back on track after you fell. I dont know the specifics of your story but if there's been betrayal, forgiveness is needed in order to heal. You can use hypnosis on KZread related to forgiveness, letting go, it works. Take at least 30 minutes a day for this purpose. It's not the end of the story, expect nice surprises soon, you'll see...
