Wow! So an original concept sci-fi fantasy movie not based off any preexisting successful film franchises, with inspirations ranging from Greek mythology to Dune? This looks STUNNING. I was grinning as I watched it.

This trailer looks like it has footage from 3 movies. So many characters and set pieces. Looks extremely ambitious. Hope it’s good.

Not sure if they do it now but they did do limited release in theatres for their most anticipate stuff like Don't Look Up and the first 2 episodes of Cobra Kai(bundled double feature with the original Karate Kid). It was only in select theaters, the one I went to was Cinemark.

It was awesome.cant wait for part 2.

That trailer was long enough that I feel like I don't need to see the movie now.

i've never liked Slo-mo scenes!! but when it is Zack Snyder's i love every Slow motion Scene!!!

I'm not huge sci-fi lover, but my husband and I really enjoyed this. The 2nd episode is even better. I don't understand the negative reviews. It's pretty epic.

Hope this gets a cinema release even if it is just a limited run. I'd go to see it on a massive screen.

Fun fact: This would've been a Star Wars movie had Kathleen Kennedy, in all her wisdom (sarcasm), not rejected it. So, let's all thank KK for yet another wonderful decision concerning Star Wars. And yeah, this movie looks epic. :)

For anyone who knows there shit about what Star Wars is, the deeper meaning to why. Lucas went blind in to a Kurosawa movie showing in a Japanese file festival in late 60s brought by a friend. The movie was set during feudal times, recreated to finest details. It had a profound effect on George. Plunged in to an alien but recognisable world, out of nowhere, into the dark box of a cinema. Forced focused. (no pun intended).. So he took that sublime happening, and funnelled it through a sci fi film for audiences at large to experience. He of course had anthropological leanings, fairytales and mythology fused with fly on the wall documentary style verité dislocation elements that he applied to that atmosphere. All designed to take you to a "long time ago in a galaxy far far away". Inspired by an experience he had personally on one trip to the cinema, then reflected back to the world. Therein lies the genius.

This looks insane. It's like they mixed Dungeons and Dragons:Under Dark, Star Wars, Dune, John Carter of Mars, Sinbad, Fire and Ice, and Warhammer 40k altogether... I'm actually excited for this.

Recently watched Rebel Moon, and I just had to share my thoughts. This movie blew me away with its captivating screenplay, intricate storytelling, and rich character development. From the very beginning, I was hooked as the story unfolded around a diverse cast of characters who unite in a common battle against the Emperor. The special effects were truly terrifying, with stunning visuals of planets and asteroids orbiting Saturn. The alien characters were incredibly well-done, adding depth and intrigue to the story. Rebel Moon is a must-watch for any sci-fi fan!

This looks beautiful. Rebel Moon seems to be a blend of Star Wars and Dune. Looks great.

Very rare to see a trailer not give away too much, and djimon hounsou is ALWAYS a plus.

That CGI is so crisp, especially for a trailer. Much better than many big movies lately that had even bigger budgets. Props to Zack and co for pulling that off.

This should be released in theaters. Looks epic.

Phenomenal! Perfect mixture of Man of Steel, 300, and Sucker Punch's cinematography. Gorgeous art and scope that only Zack Snyder can deliver. CAN'T WAIT.

I particularly love this trailer of Rebel Moon the most. The scenerios are already epic,but the music here,gives it even more grand feel.

Surely Netflix can put this in theaters for at least a month. It needs it.

Cinematography wise it looks beautiful. Let’s hope the scripts holds up and we get a great movie all around.

My son and I watched this Rebel Moon- Child on fire 🔥! Awesome! We were totally fascinated with the visual effects and actors were awesome plus costumes and makeup!

Absolutely beautiful!

Wow. It looks even more epic than I imagined. Zack Snyder is love and pure epicness.

That's my worry. I like that we're getting an original sci-fi movie (although the influences are heavy), but I fear there might be just too much packed in there. Zack Snyder isn't exactly known for his restraint.

I mean, it looks better than garbage like 'Inception' with Leonardo Dicaprio as Leonardo Dicraprio trying to convince school girls and boys he's still sexually desirable as a fat-faced guy pushing 60... And yeah, it's alot better than watching that wife beater and conspiracy theorist Johnny Depp disinterest his way through 90 minutes of pro-Al Gore tripe that you'd need a robot lobotomy from a Neuralink commercial to watch like I did when I watched 'Transendence'...but... Really? Are you trying to rip off 'Dune' and 'The Creator' and 'Star Wars' all at once? Because I put a cat in a paper bag, and found it was able to act its way out before the actors in any of those piles of sh*t movies. Are you in Hollywood actually gonna write the story for this one? Or here's a twist no one will suspect: you got a goddamn robot to write it for you? In either case, I suspect the vast majority of news print reviews and summaries are going to end up being used to paper train the new family pup this holiday season.
