THIS IS WHY WE DONT WANT TO GO BACK TO HOW GYMNASTICS USED TO BE!! you can show so much personality with fun routines like this one. Unlike the older ones where they weren’t as fun, and more about “grace”.

I think most college gymnastics still have fun and more loose routine while professionals (such as Olympians) have stricter routines and guidelines to follow but I still agree!

I know how much it hurts to damage your acl i ruptured mine cant even have the surgery to replace it for a while (they use a hamstring to make the acl)

This woman is insane she makes it look like she’s weightless and she’s literally SEVERELY injured while doing this. Props to every gymnast, dancer, etc. putting their bodies through hell with a smile on their face for the sake of art

She was my neighbor. I got gymnastics lessons from her. Great job Rebekah!! Lord the amount of people who think I'm lying is awesome. She really was my neighbor before she moved. To northern Utah. Her family are still my neighbors. My proof is that when she was a kid and early teen she went to a place called Champion Gymnastics (I did too) but then she went to a different gym. She reason was that she was getting hurt way too often at Champion, but everyone at Champion was calling her a traitor and bullying her for leaving. How do I know? She told me. Take your proof, and make of it what you will. Edits: spelling 💀

I went to a competition and saw her preform this routine. After 2 ACL tears I was in shock, her performance was amazing and it was so fun to watch!

i was actually at this competition, a girl about 20 minutes before her got a 10 on bars. it was truly amazing to go see!

Boy do the commentators add soooo much to this really entertaining routine! I can’t wait for them to say yup, this is gymnastics, doing gym and mastic things, I am sooo enjoying this job and it’s my life’s dream to speak over footage of others achieving something. It really was an interesting performance and doing all that whilst wearing a brace is super awesome!

the amazing things about this performance is 1, she was recovering from 2 ACL tears and still performed like this! i also think it’s incredible that it was not only gymnastics, but also a lot of dancing was in the routine as well. incredible performance!

Wow! This was performed and sold so well! Wow i am so impressed! Not only with the moves, but with the way she moved, and smiled, and sold it to be Barbie! All with a knee brace from two ACL tears! Just wow! Great Job!

The amount of control over each part of your body that you need to be able to perform stiffly is actually seriously unerestimated
