FYI.... in some states a minor, under 21, can drink at HOME with a PARENTS or GUARDIANS. If you can vote and go to war at 18, alcohol/drinking should be ok too. If you have issues with a tv show or movie don't watch it. People seem to have forgotten the world doesn't revolve around you and your feelings.

Funny how no one told Kyra that it is illegal to drink under 21, and it's against the law to provide alcohol to minors which is a jailable offence. This is not a good episode for children to be watching thinking this is ok.

In Texas is is legal for someone under age 21 to drink at home as long as there is responsible adult supervision.

Understand this show was from Texas and aired from 2001 to 2007 and isnt part of the culture of today. Back then it was ok to do things that may of offended someone else because thats the way it should be. If you dont like it, dont watch it. And if you educated yourself, you would also know the other person who replied is correct. You can drink with a parent or guardian. If you can vote at 18 and or give your life for your country at 18, I do not think its a problem with parent approval.
