11:57 kind of like my boss. No man in her life, it is all about the guests. She's a banquet manager, which ironically includes wedding receptions when she's never even been married. I can see why. She has SO much time in her life to do all kinds of services for all kinds of people. She fills up her life with others' lives, because what else is there for her to do?
