Currently studying in Ireland idk for how many years I’ll be here. I’m not criticizing Malaysians who want to migrate and settle down in another country but for instance, here in Ireland, other than good job opportunities and high salaries, what else could be the factors to drive someone to settle down here? I could not see my self settling down here forever probably because the environment here is totally different. And ofc not to mention the foods here are not as good as Malaysia. Malaysia is the best!

But if you want to live in a single room it’d cost 700-800 monthly depending where you live. The closer it is to the city the expensive it is. Thank you so much saki Chan for your straight to the point facts. I'm a malaysian student currently studying in the middle east and honestly, now I understand the rich "value " that my hometown has. So many Malaysians oversee the advantages that we as Malaysians have because there were in the same situation for a very long time so they've took it foe granted. Yes our country its ups and downs like all other countries and we really should be thankful for all of our opportunities that we have. I hope Many more Malaysians start to realize this and don't let their minds got spoiled by some state medias which they are trying to spread negativity among society for their own good. I'm really thankful that I'm a malaysian 🇲🇾❤✌😎

It's basically due to the currency exchange between the whole world & Malaysia that's why it seems low cost for them, but of course if we were to compare their groceries & other needs here's cheaper than other countries. Anyway, I do understand why people love Malaysia even for me. As stated by Saki our country is really the best when comes to food, lesser to none natural disasters, language wise we can almost speak at least 3 languages & most importantly working life isn't as stress as Japan whr u literally work ur life off with superiors that might not treat u right (I know not all of them r like that).

Very good sharing and what a nice and fluent English, Saki Chan. I am aware that most Japanese are moving to Malaysia are middle aged, but not sure if plenty are younger age like 20s to 30s. Living in Japan is more tedious than in HK as a foreigner, but I believe it's so easy for Japanese to slot in their retirement in Malaysia especially the cost of living and weather. Hope the Japanese enjoy living in Malaysia.

It's a 3rd world country where most people in here want to live elsewhere, and many people from 1st world countries like it here and wanna live here. And we ask "you live in a rich country, why would you wanna move here?"... it's funny how people outside wanna live here and people from here wanna live outside...

As a Malaysians, I’m very proud to see that other people (especially from a developed country) love living in Malaysia even though Malaysia is yet to be a developed country like USA, Canada, Japan and more.. by the way, Malaysia does have a natural disaster.. on 5 June 2015, there has been an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 & its the strongest earthquake to happen in Malaysia since 1976.. and, other natural disaster has also occurred in Malaysia like flooding & landslides which is pretty often (actually it depends on the weather, heavy storms is one of the main reason of how these natural disaster can occurred)

I think that you did not study geography in school. Read geography if you want to know that Malaysia is outside of the volcanic/tectonic line/plate to not get affected by a direct earthquake/volcanic disaster. Floods and landslides mostly are due to bad infrastructures development, design and management.

All of humans comes from different countries with different languages, norms and etc. And that is actually what makes it beautiful if people from other countries can all live together. I cant say that we will not have issues or whatsoever but the moment when we all truly understand that the differences are actually the thing that hold humanity together, and in that moment we can believe that living in peace is just possible Maybe im just talking nonsense, but its the only point that i can explain to my kid why war is inevitable, childrens are murdered, homes are burn and etc. Btw i really really really wanna go to Japan.

To be exact those chinese Malaysian who could speak Mandarin would also speak some dialect including Cantonese, Hokkien, Hakka and etc. While indian Malaysian who speak Tamil also has their branches of dialect as well. But still Malay still speak Malay and may be some might speak some English as well. And also those Orang Asli and tribes from Sabah and Sarawak also has their own dialect as well. So actually it is pretty complicated than that 4 language only.

Most Malaysians don’t like to live in Malaysia because salary too low. Living cost is low only for foods and transportation but it you want to buy other things such as mobile phone and computer, the items are still follow the international price.

@@wht8349 you must accept the truth that this is the dark side of Malaysia. Low income country, ringgit depreciations, inflations and etc. Makes this country hopeless for Malaysian citizens. I have low income too but fortunately my dad has money. He put a lot of money into my unit trust and mutual fund accounts. However, not all people outside there are as lucky as me. As you can see a lot of pity Malaysian keep withdrawing their pension funds from EPF. So sad to see that. I have no problem for that because my dad was helped to create an EPF account since I was 18. That time I’m still studying in Form 6 until university I still not working. My EPF still keep running and my dad keep help me to contribute EPF. For me is fine, but for other people not even have RM1,000 in their EPF account, so sad. However, I guess probably they loan RM200k from bank to invest ASB and ASB2.

Aoi Sora from Japanese Animal Video 😏 some Japanese also prefer Hawaii though.. 2:20 Just curious if Malaysian job salary offered to you, are you able to save some money every month? 🤔 7:20 I think is because of work pass quota in that company or the salary factor. That is why visa is hard to get. 🥲

In Malaysia, if you speak with a little slang of your own place, people will try to imitate the slang. If you speak english with japanese slang, they will speak in that slang too. Not just other country, but if you from different states, like you speaks in Northern Malaysia slang like Kedah, or East Malaysia like Kelantan, they will also speak in that slang of yours. It is not an insult, but its a norm to make sure that you dont feel shy to communicate with us.

My prediction is that significant number of japanese students will further their studies in the campus especially if the tution fees were lower compared to the main campus in Ibaraki prefecture.
