I can only speak to the 4 countries we've been to. Ireland, by far, has the best food. Beef, Seafood, dairy, and potatoes are the best! We've only visited Limerick, Cork, and Kinsale. Hope to visit Galway and venture into Mayo and Donegal. We will be relocating to Ireland in the next few years and are interested in finding a location that has a good balance of affordability, transportation, entertainment, jobs for the kids, and of course good local market food and organic options. You make Galway look amazing! We do need to educate ourselves on Ireland taxes, healthcare, acquiring accommodations, driving, etc.

Now I do love a good whiskey - especially an Irish one! In fact, since I've been in Ireland I have got really got into the stuff 🥃😋 I've had a fair few different ones and most have been nice, but still my favourite is one from Donegal, distilled near the famous Sliabh Liag - or Slieve League - cliffs. Its called Silkie. The dark one is particularly spot on if you like a rich peaty flavour whilst sipping it in front of a turf fire 🔥👌

@corrky, you are so right. Guinness is the best in Ireland, everywhere else, it loses something in taste. I hate whiskey (thanks dad) but when I tasted it in Ireland, it was sooooo much better Thanks for these videos Can’t wait to see other places in Ireland too, really enjoyed Athlone

My wife and I want to move to Ireland in 2025. Do you think it's possible for us to do it with a small child and no special qualifications? Visa won't be a problem because we're from Europe. But we would probably end up getting minimum wage jobs and we're not sure if we can find a place to rent. We also don't have car or drivers license. Most people told us we don't have a chance. But we would still like to try because it's been our dream to move to Ireland for a long time.

A Chailin Rua - it's true most people are not fluent in Irish but certainly have a few words - the infamous "cupla focal". I guarantee if you ask an Irish person "cad is anim duit?" they will give you their name. Or if you ask them "an bhuil tu go math?" (are you well) they will answer "ta me" or "nil me". And if you ask them "an bhuil aon Gaelige agat? (do you speak Irish?} they will answer promptly in English, "no". Try using your own cupla focal yourself - say "go raibh maith agat" to the bus driver and maybe "slan go foil" (goodbye for now) to us! I truly admire the Welsh for how they love and speak there language. (Taim in a gconai i California) KZread wii not allow me use the fada! You guys are a trip!
