Anulom Vilom , kapalbhati Yoga in morning and evening for 15 minutes Avoid Milk, curd ,sweets for a week Eat only onion in salad (no tomato, no cucumber for 1 week) with chapati and sabji Avoid rice eating in night for 1 week Take 1 spoon of (Mulethi Powder) with warm water after 1 hour of dinner . You will see the changes and after 1 week you will be fine💯

Hello sir .. my kid is 3.5yrs old and he is having blood in stool from past 4 months sometimes blood comes and sometimes there is no blood at all..we are treating him from past few months 1. First time when there was more blood in his diaper the. Dr suggested vit k injection for 3 days and other antacids for constipation 2. To diagnose cancer, we have to do different test. Colon cancer is diagnosed by colonoscopy. Hemorrhoids can be diagnosed by proctoscopy or sigmoidoscopy. Sir . I have few problems.. 1. I have gas acidity for many years may be 10 to 15yrs . 2yr before had endoscopy in aiims Delhi and report says peptic ulcer also hytal hernia. From my childhood I use to have reflux and for many years it's happening daily basis. Last few days occasionally when I sit in toilet before stool blood comes . No such severe pain but after pain and burning and uneasiness. Also I have constipation...mostly I complete bowl clearing takes 15 to 20min. Also naval area around burning inside feel like needle pinching pain . I feel little tired after a small walk. In might sleep breaks 3 times . Allergy for many food items . Body pain and feel lethargic many times ...my body is heavy acidic . Sir can you give some wise advices or if we want can call ...at your leisure hour timings as you will suggest. Apke video bahut achha laga . Aur apke anubhav aur dealing care maturity bahut achha laga so requesting for kind advices.

I have severe constipation from 4 yrs. I am taking cremafin and Relux syrup after lunch and dinner. I also have heart burn at night for 1 year. Endoscopy and biopsy were done before 3 yrs and reports were normal. At present I daily take water enima at night from last 1 year to stop heart burn. But from 8 days I observe that stool is reddish brown. Is it OK or need doctor's consultation?

Sir I am a teenager and sometimes I see that there is blood in stool. I firstly saw this around 1 year ago but it was healed automatically. I am suffering from constepation. In my last going to washroom I saw blood and now I am scared . Whenever I feel like excretion, I try to avoid it which is not a good sign . What to do sir now?

Piles fissure blood will be separate from stool BLood from above will be mixed with stool

Hi doctor, there is little amount of blood along with incomplete evacuation then what could be cause of it? Is it something serious?

As mentioned in video, there can be multiple causes I would advise sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy Best wishes Vikas Singla
