    How water can be used as both modaretor and absorber of neutrons??.water and graphite both r modaretor so how graphite in in control rods reverse the action of water??

    In RBMK water acts as absorber but in other Reactor it moderates neutrons. It is mainly because of uranium enrichment degree. Recator design will decide which factor will be more. But water (light) shows both behaviour. How was the video?
