Rearm Alex can be very good protection for your awaken strikers since she is very strong against snipers, cost only 3 deployment resource, and kinda self sustainable with her barrier refill. Really good unit imo

Just needed a low cost sniper

Does she requires more specific equipment set compared to awk hilde / rearm orca? I tried my tankiest set which usually works well on awk hilde / rearm orca, but I don't feel rearm alex being that tanky despite using that. The set: Hummingbird weapon, maze armor, gordias accessories x2. Set got double HP, and upgraded as far as I could.

Thanks for the guide GR! I guess she will not make much of a difference in PvE unless she can help with relic or challenges. I hope we can see a review for PvP though. I wonder if she will be able to better tank against snipers and how she will do against ASY and Ifrit

Lee Yumi, I'll argue, is prolly better than Serapel even, just because of the cost-to-overall-skill ratio. But rearm Alex is convincing me to skip Awakened Jake (in Global). I'm actually glad you didn't set rearm Alex as leader in room 5 of Shadow Palace 5; it shows how good she is even if she's not leader.

On Shadow Palace (Global) 5 I use a lvl 100 Lee Yumi and she does her job ez pz, just my dps have some struggle against the second hilde on first room, but like it's still done quite quickly all the other rooms, but Alex is hotter so I would change 100% when she come

Question: when it comes to rearms that change the class of the unit like Alex is it good to have a copy of the unrearmed unit for variety’s sake.

I would say no unless you're PVP hardcore there is a chance that the non rearmed version gets "buff" that week but with so many units available that seems unnecessary. I've never had to use the non rearmed version of any units so far.

SIgh..I still have not found the right teams for shadow palace 4 and 5. I also need to look at the gear my characters are wearing etc. I finally managed to beat the lvl 100-110 challenge farm stages above 1:30 this week. But that mostly worked because of Horizon (insane flare/pushback indeed) and Ministra (all around great and i like she jumps back to save herself if needed). I invested allot in their gear. My basic Xiao Lin is not even 110 yet, so i cannot even think of ream right now. even though i did finish her rearm event. Basic Alex does not really stand out to me, but i actually did kinda invest in her gear, so i may rearm her

Hm I was able to do SP5 with awakened Ministra.. One thing though is that I switch around the gears, so for example I have an HP set, and depending on who I bring I give it to them and unequip from last person wearing it.
