Is it's processor able to run at written spec 3.0 GHz while on battery? Because In Redmi book 15 pro (i5) edition while on battery, CPU under clocks to 1Ghz. Fillmora rendering takes a lot time, but while charging mode CPU works at 3.0Ghz.

S20 Fe coz it's latest, I'm a OnePlus user but i wouldn't recommend 8 pro coz of display issues and is 16 months old
