It does 29 more damage total - so yes

Wild bolt isn't super hard hitting, although it has better dpe here, overall damage with focus blast is much higher

The Ho-oh is an apex purified ho-oh, got from purifying an apex shadow ho-oh, which you can get from an event. On apex shadow Ho-oh, you can get Sacred Fire+, and on Apex Purified Ho-oh, you can get Sacred Fire++. Sacred Fire+ deals more damage than normal in gym battle and raids, and Sacred Fire++ does even more damage than Sacred Fire+. It does not have more power in pvp, though
Can you get sandsear storm by using elite TM on landorus tho?

4T+ moves are not my best friend. You mostly get farmed down more often before firing another fast move.
