It's not a scam; it's called customer acquisition cost. Companies initially offer cheap plans or discounts to establish a customer base and later aim for profit. This strategy was used by Google Pay and Paytm, which offered numerous coupons and discounts to add money to wallets initially to gain market presence, but have since stopped. Jio is a private sector company. If you find Jio plans expensive, you can switch to Airtel, Vi, or other providers. What role does TRAI play in this? lol

@@informerRony Does TRAI compensate companies for operating at a loss for many years? TRAI has already introduced easy portability options and free roaming. If you're not satisfied with one telecom operator, you can easily switch to another.

Not giving free 5g data is not a scam scam is why they remove 395 and 1559 plan from there prepaid plan . They give time to 3rd July then why removing these two plan ? Why? This is a scam . Thanks for your valuable comments 👍

They will use these to techniques to acquire customer and they can introduce whatever plan they want. If you don't like it then go buy airtel.

Stop yapping and switch to vi or airtel.

Bhai ye bhi bata de usse pehle Airtel, Idea 300 rupee mein 1GB data deta tha aur hum broadband mein 1100 lagte tha . . Tu kya chahta hai pehle ki tarah tujhse 1GB ke 300 lee uppr se bol raha hai hamari galti hai jo humne aadat daali . . Jio ke aane se pehle kon kon dekhte tha KZread mujhe itna btaa aab toh hr koi online hai . Tum jaise log INDIA ko aage nahi badne doge
